Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our whole stay was excellent. Hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and kind. Pool was heated and the hotel gym was very clean. We would definitely stay here again

The breakfast bar needs some help. The powdered eggs are a real bummer.

The juices from the machine (orange juice/cranberry juice/etc.) were very watery, but I still drank it. The sliding door from the room/kitchenette area to the restroom has a gap that limits privacy when taking a shower so you have be mindful of that.
The lady who checked us in the evening evening we arrived was terrific. Her simple act of providing my family of six, each a bottle of water, went a long way, after being lost in downtown traffic for 30 minutes. She also provided guidance in regards of which areas to avoid near the Vegas strip - I appreciate you for doing that, especially since I had four kids with me. Thank you. Check in was quick. The location of the hotel was clean and secure. The room was clean. Breakfast was great. There were a variety of food items - both hot and cold. I enjoyed the omelets, and egg and sausage sandwiches, while the kids enjoyed the waffles, oatmeal and cereal. Surprisingly, there was still a good deal of food in stock, even though we were about an hour away from closing time (10am).

We are not fans of barn doors for bathrooms, as they do not give you the privacy a real door does. It wasn't something I noticed in the photos while booking, but it definitely will be in the future, although the door itself is probably not a deal breaker.
The hotel looked newer. The room was very clean. The location seemed like a good area.

Breakfast was a little lame. The pre-made egg dishes (frittatas maybe?) we icky, barely warm and unappetizing. Maybe you could try scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage in hotel trays. Or biscuits and gravy. Also, there was very little sliced bread… mostly bagels or English muffins. Your coffe was great.
Beautiful, clean, quiet. Coffee available in the lobby all day. That was sweet!

Breakfast was a bit disappointing.The only hot items were make your own waffles and Jimmy Dean biscuits..Pastries were limited to muffins.

I think the person who helped with my Hilton Am Ex was inexperienced and I was charged wrong.
The staff here is phenomenal - they're kind and efficient as a whole.

My hotel room is a two-bedroom hotel. It has a curtain to separate the living area from the bedroom area. The TV could connect to my YouTube app from my phone. There are kitchen supplies in the cabinet. Overall is very good.

I would say the bathroom the bathroom did not have a lock on the door and it was a sliding door. I would say change the door to the bathroom.
The location is really nice. It is close to a lot of stores and the food places. If you do not have a car. Another thing I really liked was the breakfast. It had a lot of options for everyone to eat and was very open.

Beds too soft. Breakfast : Juices were depleted and not re-filled, the only milk was non-fat, the coffee station only had fake creamer, and the butter was hard and not spreadable.
Very clean, staff friendly, good location, liked the kitchenette. Breakfast had omelets and hard-boiled eggs.
