The hotel needs better soundproofing. We could hear everyone walking in the hall, each and every door closing on our floor and even when people in the rooms nearby were in the shower.

The hotel was nice. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff was wonderful.

I didn’t like that you couldn’t set thermostat below certain temperature. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where the thermostat was fixed like that. We wanted to set to 66° heat in evening and it can’t go below 68°. The staff was very helpful though and gave us fans to borrow and were always very happy to help.

Very clean, modern and perfect for families! Wide selection of hot food for breakfast and fresh coffee available in lobby round the clock! Large clean pool (my kids loved it!) Free parking was a nice plus.

The breakfast was not very good, eggs were cold and rubbery and it was hard to get the food out of the warmers they had. We were glad to see waffles, which saved the day. That was really the only thing that wasn't up to our expectations.

The space was so clean and kept well. The rooms were so much larger then we thought they would be, and for a family of 7 it was wonderful! The staff was so accommodating and helpful throughout our entire stay.

Oversized door to bathroom opening inward made movement difficult inside. Bathroom could have been designed larger given the overall size of the suite. Pet peeve: shaping toilet tissue into a point for aesthetic purposes is a waste of time, which is better spent cleaning!

Spacious room with plenty of storage and surface space, kitchenette, comfortable beds, and wide-screen HDTV. Wonderful, helpful staff! Excellent breakfast choices. Easy access to I-90 (although some distance from downtown).

Staff was very welcoming and helpful! Rooms are clean, large, and equipped with up-to-date appliances. Breakfast is the standard hotel breakfast — frequently restocked and nicely laid out. Pool is on the small side, but clean and great for a break after a long day.

The room size was larger than I expected, the pool provided plenty of activity for kids. Included with the room was outdoor grills. Nice location and relative quiet. Will differently stay again. 24hr coffee bar.

Should have a pet disposer on both sides of the property. Love that you’re pet friendly and was very good about picking up after my own pet but I did notice a lot of other pet waste just left behind by inconsiderate guests.

The color scheme is a bit bonkers, but it works over all. There is a broken tile in the corner of our bathroom.

From check in to check out, the whole stay was wonderful. Keith was especially accommodating and worked hard to make sure we were comfortable. The bed was so comfortable and breakfast was great. I especially love the blackout window shades. Amazing!
