Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesHonestly, the breakfast was the worst breakfast I have had at a hotel. I had to lower my overall rating because of it. It truly was bad. We all tossed the food and grabbed a banana or apple and left to get food down the road.
The room was very clean. Overall it looked well kept.

I am more on the Vegan side , so breakfast is never a major issue, as I know that I'm not going to get what I eat for breakfast, but I managed with what they offered. The location was great. I would stay there again.

United StatesThere was a half eaten pizza left in the fridge when we got to our room , but the staff was very helpful and courteous.
Easy access from I-27 to Marsha Sharp freeway. Convienentally located near Wal Mart and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the shower had plenty of pressure.

Very clean, modern facility with friendly staff. I was beyond impressed with the size of the room as it had the two queen beds, a full kitchen with fridge, sink stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Bathroom was big and walk-in shower impressive. Well worth the cost for our stay.

Costa RicaSince the start the check-in was so off. The lady in reception didn't know what she was doing, our internet never worked for our entire stay and nobody seemed to care. The manager was completely indifferent towards our lack of internet (note that we are foreigns and internet was really important for us). At one point we didn't even have toilet paper in our room since, we didn't get a cleaning service for our entire stay! But if we complained clearly it wouldn't make a difference. Apparently they charged us way more for the security deposit, and when I was investigating they told me that my "email" was something on the lines of redneck something, super out of place ??? like clearly the lady didn't care at all and instead she put whatever. Overall terrible customer service, feeling unwelcome the entire time and never staying there again.
Location was really good, since we were in town for our sibling's graduation. The room was really nice and spacious, comfy and clean. It would've been great if it were not for the terrible customer service.

United StatesNot only Home 2 Suites, but all of the hotels in Lubbock. Jack the rates up to an astronomical rate. Its really sad and frustrating for families coming to celebrate a graduate who aren’t as fortunate.
The property was overall excellent! Excellent customer service.
