Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ChileEnhancing Comfort and Accessibility: Addressing Bathroom and Breakfast Space Concerns ☹️- Improve bathroom layout by adding a clear separation between the floor and the bathing area. ☹️- Expand breakfast facilities due to limited space and address elevator accessibility issues during peak hours.

PhilippinesOn busy hours (usually during breakfast) the elevators are super busy too. You have to wait a long time to get to one. We stayed in 7th floor and most of the time, I just have to use the stairs (yes, 7th floor). Also, we noticed that the windows are not child proof. The big window has a knob that child can just easily open it, with the child standing on the window sill, there is a high risk of falling. The room is small too but given its in NYC this is standard.
Location is perfect. At the heart of times square. Very near subway stations. In the middle of everything. The staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast has many selections, they even have a to go sandwiches if you are in a hurry in the morning. They have coffee for guests all day. The hotel is clean, new.

United StatesThe elevator is a huge problem during peak breakfast time. I was unable to get on one so I took the stairs down 24 flights. For those able going down was not bad at all. I was also able to always get an elevator up since breakfast was in the lobby. Apart from breakfast which is peak time I was able to get an elevator. One other thing I didn’t like was how loud the AC but had ear plugs thankfully.
The property is so close to Times Square and metros which made traveling to important land marks easy. I also liked how the room had a basic kitchen. It was also clean throughout.

United KingdomThe lifts are a nightmare I felt lucky at times that I was on floor 4 when I had to use the stairs as I was waiting for over 10 minutes and it was never coming. Breakfast was so busy with this massive hotel at peak times, they have only 2 waffle makers and the queue was 20-30 min long.
Great location and breakfast was fair. The room was cleaned daily

Czech RepublicBreakfast time is ALWAYS crowded. If you really want to have a calm breakfast, you need to get there at 6:00 AM, otherwise, you'll won't find any seat/table, you'll have to wait for a table to be available for long or just eat standing, which is very complicated, as there are too many people moving around, so you won't find a quiet place. Also, the hotel has at least 4 or 5 elevators, but during breakfast and check in/check out times is IMPOSSIBLE to use them. You have to wait very long to get into an elevator, and there's always a line or 20 -30 people waiting to use them. You can use the stairs if you want to (or if you can) but if you're in the higher floors, then, it's a challenge. We were on the 8th floor and we used the stairs daily to go down for breakfast, but if we wanted to go up, it was too much, so we just did it once. It feels like the hotel has twice as many guests as it should (or maybe more), the facilities are not made for the amount of people they book and you have to stay in line for everything, either breakfast, check in/out, elevators, etc. In general, it's a very nice, clean and well located hotel, but you feel rushed, crowded and stressed everywhere you go. I guess it's part of the New York experience.
The hotel is in the best location possible. Right on Times Square! You cannot ask for a better location. It was very clean and most of the staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast has plenty of options and it's buffet style, so you can repeat as much as you like. The rooms are rather small, but they are renovated and functional.

United KingdomThe staff on check in were friendly but when asking staff to restock the milk several times at the reception desk we were pretty much ignored. The member of staff was pretty rude and didn’t act on our request.
Location couldn’t be better! If you are up in the wa early hours you can snap a photo in Times Square with barely anyone around!

United KingdomThe room was a little on the small side when the sofa bed was being used. No room to get out of the bed on both sides of the double bed and no where to store office chair when the sofa bed was pulled out so you couldn't get to the wardrobe easily. the lighting in the room wasn't great. Long waits for lifts at breakfast time and long waits for waffle making and trying to find a table was challenging.
The breakfast options where good, rooms clean with great facilities, staff friendly, great location. Loved being able to help myself to a hot coffee whenever I needed it. Roof bar was really cool. would have liked more cocktail options and a happy hour would have been great.

United KingdomBreakfast was OK but there was not enough seating and the food and drinks were not topped up enough for the amount of guests. The wait for the lifts was ridiculous approximately 30minutes. The air conditioning was very loud you could hear the rooms next doors as well very poor for a new hotel. My room over looked the building site

Czech RepublicSofa for the third person on the room was not prepared for sleeping, and we were asked to do it on our own (being tired after 20 hours on the way and big time zone change definitely not the best option🥲), below sofa on the floor was dust and waste and sleeping on sofa was not comfortable at all, to sleeep on that for 7 nights was total disaster for my back

United StatesBreakfast was packed even early at the day. You have to stand and wait for a table to clear the staff at breakfast, couldn't keep up with cleaning tables. Food was brought in but it took time and the lines to get to them were long. The food itself was medium eggs from powder, cereals waffles, and breads. The staff at the front desk didn't make eye contact and didn't smile, so the feeling of survice that was good was did not feel very firindly. Rooms were clean but under the fridge and kitchen cabinet, it was dirty, and there were left over rapes from the previous gests. There are 5 elevators, but in the morning, you could not find an elevator to go down.
The location is right on Time Square, in a slightly quieter street. Everything can be reached by foot or metro. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The staff were OK. The hotel is big and has a bagge claim.
