Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing to note that could have been better.
The facilities are comfortable, clean, and accommodating! We arrived very late with two dogs and was greeted by the staff and were able to get to our rooms promptly and sleep! We woke the next morning and enjoyed the excellent continental breakfast! It was a perfect stay

Kind of hard to find even with Siri.
It is modern and clean. The room has a little sitting area that can be partitioned away from the bed with a curtain. It’s right in downtown I walked to all the nightlife spots.

At 4am the people above us started jumping and running around keeping us up. Beside that we loved our stay.

Breakfast was very crowded and never enough places to sit to eat breakfast, so always ended up having to take it back to my room and eat alone. Needs more fresh fruit in the spread :)
The location was great and so was the ample parking. The property was newish and had decent amenities. Staff was nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Room was a good size for four people and our luggage. Breakfast was good with some cereals and yoghurt and a small selection of hot food.

Everything was fine.

If I had to pick something, the water pressure wasn't great, but I still got a hot shower in a clean bathroom, which is fantastic.
This hotel is amazing, we were traveling with our two boston Terriers and were happy to find the high level of pet friendliness of this place. The lady at the front desk greeted our dogs as well as us, and there's even a little doggie area with treats and balls where all the incidental snacks and beverages are! Our room was clean and comfortable. We decided we will try to only stay at Hilton from now on.

Seemed to struggle to keep up when breakfast service got busy. Room cleaning every two days and not a full clean. Reception couldn’t book taxis.. only give phone number for local firm.
Central location for Ogden centre. Plenty of free parking. Friendly staff. Nice self service breakfast selection.

The shampoo and shower gel were both out in the shower. So had to scream to tell my husband so he could call the front desk. They did supply the items that were out, but was definitely frustrating waiting in the shower for them. Also, there was a spider on the roll out bed where my kids slept!! Not to happy about that.
Breakfast was amazing, but coffee not so great. A good cup of Joe makes all the difference. Just needs a Starbucks inside! Loved the spacious and bright breakfast area, and the pool was a great spot too. Loved how there was a bathroom and shower in the pool room. Perfect with kids! Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Not sure why, but the directions kept pointing me to a gate entrance opposite of the real entrance to the hotel and parking lot. Easy to figure out, but stressful with not knowing the area.
There were excellent facilities, and the room was clean and comfortable. The pool and gym were great, and we were high enough to have a decent view looking outside.
