The staff was very friendly and accommodating.; they even let us check in early. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. The location worked out well for us.

If I had to be just super picky about anything, the shower did not have a whole lot of pressure, but it got the job done and the water was nice and hot.

It was a very pleasant stay, when I asked for an extra night the staff accommodated my family and myself very well. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable and all staff we encountered was very friendly. Honestly no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Was a little disappointed that I didn't have a bathtub. But the walk in shower was very nice. Overall it was great.

The beds were comfortable even the pillows. Loved having a kitchenette. No stovetop but mainly used the microwave. Very roomy and clean. Alot of storage for your clothes and plenty of extra towels for 2 people. If you wanted to sleep in, the shades blocked out ALL the light. The desk attendant was very nice and accommodating. Never heard my neighbors. So that was nice. I will definitely stay here again.

Ease of check in. Card issues for payment using chip and pin but solved when typed into computer. Unnecessary stress.

There was only one fire pit so we didn't always get a chance to sit by because other people were there.

The breakfast was pretty decent. A good bit to choose from. The location was great. The pool is nice for our daughter. We used the on site grill and fire pit which was nice also.

I wasn't a fan of some of the other guest they were rude and weren't friendly. Our sink in the kitchenette didnt have cold water.

It was located in a perfect destination. It is directly across from The Island but centrally located by absolutely everything and little drive time to everything. We even hiked in Smokey’s with a easy drive.

Unfortunately, the microwave was not working. Unable to heat leftovers, and wasted money on that point. And oil leaks from the door mechanism where we had to wipe daily to keep the floor clean.

The staff was truly amazing. Willing to help at anytime. Thank you!

I did not like the bathroom door because it was a sliding door and did not actually close. Sharing a room with someone can be a little awkward.

I loved the location because it was where we needed to be. I wanted close to the LaConte Center. The entire facility that I could see was clean. The staff that we encouraged were friendly.

Pet fee

Very Cj lean and nice couldn’t ask for a better place or cleaner place. Location was great but for the expense we paid was ridiculous once we got there still charge us $30 per fee then we checked out got home and charged on my card $75 more dollars pet fee?? I don’t understand we had a small shihtzu went out of our way to make sure we took her with us everywhere nothing I mean nothing out of place we empty our own trash and picked up straighten room up as if our own home. Never again for that price I could have rented a cabin or condo. $379.81 2 nights in motel room
