Staff here are so welcoming and Friendly ! We had a huge room! Very clean and such a comfortable bed!. The hotel is situated about 35 minutes from downtown Dallas but Plano is a 7 minute ride away with loads of Restaurants. We booked this hotel as it was nearer Southfork Ranch which we were visiting so was ideal for there. Breakfast was self service and had plenty of options. All in all we had a lovely stay and would recommend.

Only bad thing was the shower head didn’t turn on all the way. The faucet part was still dripping water.

The property was clean and well maintained. It is a pet friendly hotel and the property made walking and cleaning up after our dogs easy & accessible. There was lots of green space to walk them. We experienced an issue with our first room. Lauren at the front desk and Martin in Maintenance were both amazing! They were quickly switched our room and made sure the remainder of our stay was comfortable. I like the first floor laundry which enabled us to wash clothes. It was great to workout in the gym while the clothes were washing/drying. I enjoyed the clean and well kept pool as well as breakfast in the dining area every morning. The location was great!

The pillows are very flat. The cable machine in the gym needs worked on - it is hard to use (like doesn't flow smoothly) so the weights are heavier and harder to move the cables.

There were lots of options at breakfast. It was clean - no weird smells. The pool was nice. The gym was nice. I love all the included amenities. I love the soap/lotion in the bathrooms. I'm staying at the Home2 Suites in Fort Worth tonight (I'm having surgery and one doctor is in Plano and one is in Fort Worth so I wanted to try hotels near both) and the Forth Worth location is AWFUL! Stains everywhere, smells like a wet dog, staff sucks, way smaller hotel, busy location, the pool looks swampy. It is nothing like the Plano location. I'm disappointed but if I choose the Fort Worth doctor I will not be using this hotel.

I usually like motel breakfast, but this breakfast wasn’t it at all. Vanilla Waffles and some type of pre cooked omelette wasn’t the route to go. What happened to a simple waffle with scrambled eggs sheeeshh

not so much the properties fault but lots of people swimming that we’re not hotel guest. They were smoking weed and playing loud explicit music at the pool, they had friends steady showing up and coming around from the outside parking lot as if it were a party. it wasn’t very pleasant, the pool quickly became overcrowded and the environment wasn’t very family friendly.

everything was perfect, the staff were all very accommodating and kind. the facility is VERY clean! rooms are in great shape, comfortable beds, great breakfast, nice location.

Honestly, nothing that comes to mind at this moment, I would stay again here with no hesitation.
