Some pillowcases were torn at the seams and stained. Door frames were rusty and could use a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was very sparse and disappointing.

Room was recently upgraded with new flooring and bedspread.

There was goldfish under the beds in several places from the previous guests. Reception also asked if I brought my grandchildren, I’m 35 and they were my kids…

Small, old towels. No nap/softness to towels. Parking lot all cracked, very bad condition. Beds to tall for my 5' wife.

Price good. Good key card system. Liked the dispensers of body soap, shampoo and conditioner.

The pool area, while clean, we noticed four Band-Aids at the bottom of the pool. This property indicates there is a pool table and game room on the property and there is not.

Check-in took extremely long. Seemed like a new guy at the front desk, but it was this way for all of our family that checked in.

Booking.com payment didn't go through the first time to the hotel, even though I got a confirmation of bill payed to booking.com. THAT was the only downfall of the weekend.

Breakfast did not have a lot of options besides cereal or waffles. The bathroom tile was coming up. For a room that slept 4 they only had 2 bath towels. No hand towel by the sink.

In general the property could use updating. There are scuff & scrapes in the walls both in the halls as well as the room. A dab of paint could have fixed most. The bathroom could benefit from an update with grab bars. The online listing should more clearly indicate a continental breakfast with limited fair. We only got one change of towels during our stay. Granted, signage at the desk indicated you should advise that you need housekeeping by 8pm the night before, however housekeeping told us we only needed to not use the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign & they would service the room. This didn’t happen. Not a biggie but consistent messaging is important.

While the property is next to a major thoroughfare in this rural MN area, our room was on the back of the building which gave a lovely view of the apple orchard next door. The bedroom decor was nicely done.

No light in the back patio, no Bible, it was my girlfriend's Birthday and even though they said they fulfilled my request in an email. But when I got there it wasn't fulfilled.

I liked the modern look and it was clean and comfortable.

Rooms were subpar not clean, poor workmanship, noisy, and very uncomfortable. Toilet seat not attached. Cracked and crooked tiles on the floor. And for the price we paid i couldn't be more disappointed.

bed bug bites in the morning!!!! on my neck, arms, stomach and behind my knee. that turned into welts as i was allergic to the bites. my husband had them on his arm and leg. he and i are 64 yrs old! never happened to me before in my life. we told the hotel clerk immediately that they had a major problem! and left a note for the maid warning her. we were not given a receipt we called next day and were told that the manager wouldnt be in until monday we came in monday and were told bookings.com was responsible called booking.com who called hotel who said they they would not refund us and when i called hotel again and asked why the hotel said because they rented the same room out the next night after us and there were no new complaints! they do not care about the publics health! do not stay at this hotel!

Was 6:45 had just got done with supper was playing with my one year old and he was laughing and someone called and complained and staff came to my room and complained about other guests complaining.... Not like it was late or anything to me that's just uncalled for I could see if it's late at night but it's 6:45 in the evening... Will not be staying here again and will not recommend anyone to stay here
