Very quick check-in since I prepaid, $10 parking per night, nice room w a flat cook top full fridge sink and bed that was a pullout. Nice king size bed w a ceiling fan which was a plus for me. Typical shower nothing fancy, I would’ve rather have not found hair but nothin I can’t wipe myself. Room comes with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Breakfast was my favorite part waffles, sausage, eggs, and these potatoes rounds.(not hash browns) cereal, an array of bread options, a few pastries oatmeal and yogurt. Very pleased.

The electrical outlet nin sink area was not working. Made it difficult to use a hair dryer. We were able to plug into lamp because cord was long enough.

You had to pay $10 for parking, not acceptable to be honest all other hotels in Florida are free, why so expensive here? Also the apartment although nice, was getting a bit dated.

The only thing that could be improved is the elevator. Many times it didn't reach the top floor and went down when someone entered a floor below the last one. It didn't go all the way to the top floor and go down, ignoring the climb up to our (top) floor. It deserves a good update. But it didn't get in the way of our stay.

It met my expectations very well, especially in relation to the location and my need for a room with a kitchen, including a fridge, stove, microwave and everything else. Friendly and attentive staff, from reception to all employees.

The pillows were horrible; however the bed was comfy! They now also charge $10 daily for parking, which is new since the last time I stayed here.

Location is perfect. It’s in the center of International Drive. The breakfast was included with lots of variety!

Few, slow elevators. Failure to replenish room supplies. I had to visit front desk daily for various things. Room cleaning v dependent I who was working.

Definitely the cleaning! Our room was supposed to be cleaned every other day, but they didn’t clean it twice when they were supposed to. Another thing is that the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable at all.

The room was great, good kitchen tools, good breakfast with very nice staff.

They cleaned the room once every other day but it wasn’t a full cleaning. It wasn’t even swept and it didn’t smell as if it was cleaned, they just change the towels. They also charged us wrong once we checked out and we didn’t notice until the receipt got to the email, they eventually solved this issue but we had to wait almost 2 months. I recommend to always ask for the receipt the moment you check out in order to avoid any wrong charges and to be able to solve it in the spot.

The breakfast was really good, lots of options. The kitchen and breakfast staff was really nice, they would answer questions about places to go.

Outdated rooms and furniture, breakfast area is too crowded, cleaning service is not consistent, we had to ask for new towels every couple of days

Very good location in a live area of International Drive with lots of restaurants and entertainment within a short walk, good breakfast, we had free parking because we stayed for more than 8 nights as per hotel policy

There is nothing we don't like about the Homewood Suites or we wouldn't be coming back every year :-)

About breakfast, too many options are spicy (with pepper); so be careful if you do not like spicy food.

In the room is included dish detergent, one dish cloth and paper towels, but there is no sponge available. Parking may be free if you stay many nights. Laundry is 4,00 per load (same price for drying). The laundry detergente is 2,00. Once you pay with a card, be careful and verify after check-out if everything is correct. This hotel has a very good cost-benefit relation, and I would stay there again. Rooms are spacious, and the air conditioning has individual control, but you will hear the equipment engines working. We bought frozen and ready-to-eat food at Walmart and prepared easily at night.

Finding a place to sit down and enjoy breakfast can be challenging.

The location is excellent, and the structure is clean with a spacious room. The pool area is delightful! The staff was very helpful in organizing a surprise for my husband's birthday. Amazing team, bravo!
