When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

I hope there’s more variety of freshly baked breads, not previously frozen. The bagels were wet, a sign that they previously frozen.

We arrived a little after 2pm and even though our rooms were clean and ready, they did not allow us to check in unless we paid an early check in fee. We feel that is ridiculous.

Angelica was super nice at the reception. check in was very quick. The hotel is Extremely clean. Very quiet and the breakfast was so delicious. We stayed one night but definitely will come back again.

Loved everything.
I loved everything about this property. The suits were just perfect! Tiny kitchen with all the utensils was just great! The pool was just perfect for a late afternoon swim. Loved everything about our stay.

Loved that apartment home type feel. Just large enough to not feel like you’re in a hotel room. Shower was awesome!!! Water pressure ALMOST washed off the days dirt without scrubbing!!!LOL!!! Only negative was housekeeping dropped the ball on room cleaning even AFTER requesting service at check in. Manager adjusted stay, but was still bittersweet. 1st time client. Will stay at the chain again whenever possible.

There was only one thing I did not like & that was Saturday morning. See I work a lot & do not get much off time so any chance I get to sleep in is a blessing but nope not here! Our room faced the pool & we were woken up to kids screaming at the pool at like 7-8am we are on the 3rd floor & sounded like they where outside our window. If that wasn't bad enough the grounds keepers started up the weedeater/blower so at this point it was pointless to try & go back to sleep. Those windows are not thick at all! I would advise NOT to get a room facing the pool if you plan on sleeping in.
The room was amazingly spacious bed was absolutely comfortable. I absolutely loved it for the most part.

Breakfast was just ok. We didn't use the pool but it's a little small.
Location is good, very close to The Domain and Arboreteum but more reasonably priced. Plenty of parking. Hotel was very clean. The room was really great. Nice bathroom and the kitchen is a really nice addition.

There was a door to outside behind the living room TV and dresser, that was strange. There is only 1 elevator and the button for the 2nd floor didn’t work well.
I loved the separate bedroom and living room, the bathroom was pretty clean, and the breakfast was good.

The noise from upstairs from other guests running all thru the night and just plain disrespectful of others who were staying below them. I did not complain but had a hard time sleeping.

The curtains in our room were not completely attached at the top. They would not close completely so we weren’t able to have a dark room.
James was very understanding of my need for gluten-free items at breakfast. I selected some options and ordered them especially for me. Dalia had them available for me so I was able to have breakfast with my family. They went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs.
