First room did not have a phone that worked and no light in the bathroom. No maintenance workers on Sunday. Took 2 hours to move us to a different room. There were no sheets on the bed. I had to wait in line to request sheets and due to staffing issues ended up making the bed myself. The bed seemed small for a queen. Hallways were dirty.

Nice workout room. Liked the breakfast--especially fresh berries.

the chief pool engineer does not know how to work the pool on my stay in December and my stay in May the chief engineer closed the pool or lied about when the pool was opening. Then he drained the water out the pool to waist high we had to get out he left and the staff at the hotel had to call him back.

Upon arrival everything was great, as the weekend progressed the cleanliness declined. There were food wrappers on the floor and empty beer cans left about that employees clearly saw and ignored. The pool and pool area quickly became filthy and unpleasant.

The room had all accommodations that we needed for cooking/eating in the room to offset the cost of eating out. The continental breakfasts was good, however if you’re looking for variety from day to day you won’t get that; expect the same hot food options every morning, Turkey bacon, mini cheese omelettes, home fries and pancakes.

The pool was closed, my sheets were dirty they had stains, stains on the curtains, walls are thin I could hear footsteps from the room over top of me. The bed was hard and so far away from the tv. The dishes and silverware were still dirty just never again

The staff member that was at the desk doing the morning wasn't very pleasant,nor was the people that served the food wasn't very friendly nether, they gave bacon to the cleaning staff and guest who they want to. I explained to the cooking staff and the manager that it wasn't fair to the other customers who paid to stay there that this was happening only after talking to the manger did the put turkey and pork bacon out for the other guess. Other than this is truly a lovely hotel. yes we will stay again

we liked the property until u feel the sticky floors and all the ants

loved the rooms bc they were suites. except you have lousy housekeepers. my rooms floor had sticky mess, gummy candies on floor in bedroom, used washcloth on floor behind door. not mine 2nd room we rented two suites, second one my son woke to a kitchen full of ants 🤬

I made it there late and was not able to get the room that I had booked. But the receptionist made it up by upgrading my room and I must say it was one of the nicest most comfortable rooms I've stayed in a while. I had my own fridge ,microwave, stove, dishwasher and living room. I loved that I was able to use the pool and they had fresh warm towels for us to use. And the food was great. Breakfast was awesome. With a various selection of food to choose from. Definitely be staying again

The atmosphere even with everything surrounding it. It was so peaceful n clean. Breakfast was well thought out and the staff n guest were great. My girls had the pool the whole stay n there was plenty of guest. I will be back.

We arrived at 22:30, after traveling for 24 hours, we ordered a 5 person room at booking.con and we got only 4 beds, they didn't do anything about it, the only solution they gave us was to call booking.com.this is in acceptable
