Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomVery sophisticated hotel, what a delight to stay in! Wonderful quiet and modern rooms. Beds super comfortable. The air condition is a bit slow with heating and also no temperature control for the bathrooms.

United StatesThere was no microwave and the coffee pot drawer was awkwardly located~~You had to bend down to access it and no counter area to stir your coffee.
We do alot of traveling, and this hotel was probably one of the nicest for the price point we have ever stayed at. It is fairly new so the furnishings were very modern and high end.

This place is gorgeous! Very pleasing to the eyes. Had everything you would want, one of the best hotels we've been to. Breakfast was amazing! We paid a little extra to include breakfast and we were so glad we did. Took a while to get served sometimes but well worth it if you have the time. We WILL be back.

United StatesThe hotel was a great fit for traveling as a couple with a large dog. The room was spacious, which is a little less common in Moab. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. The location made it easy to walk downtown to grab a bite to eat after spending the day out hiking the trails.

Beautiful hotel. The room was a decent size with gorgeous decor and a comfy bed. The facilities were also amazing, we loved the hot tub and the fire place in the lobby to sit at with a red wine. Absolutely exceeded our expectations.

CanadaThe green patch/ pet relief area was quite limited.
This is not an AI-written review. This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in. The aesthetics and attention to detail were exemplary, and the site was spotlessly clean. Although I did not use the pool, it looked beautiful and had a great view of the mountain range. They were not just pet-friendly, they also gave my pet a cute goodie bag with treats and a doggie scarf. (Chiquita thanks you for the treats). The location of the hotel offers easy access to a variety of food options. Try the nearby Doughbird Cafe for delicious donuts. This is also within driving distance of Dead Horse Point and the Arches National Park. Josie Wyatt's Grill is their on-site restaurant that offers delectable cuisine. I recommend trying their Birria ribs.

United StatesSink in our room was very awkward. The spigot was too low. It was as if it hadn't been measured correctly - either the sink or the mirror. We were constantly requesting coffee pods; only 2 were in the room. Surprising that coffee wasn't available at a coffee station 24/7 like in other hotels. Would rather have half and half (like Maggie Moo) instead of Coffee Mate which is all chemicals and sugar. Surprised that netflix was for pay. Given the cost of the room, the TV selection was limited. Programs like Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, etc. were not available.
Dinner was fine. Great location for walking in the downtown area. Spacious room and bathroom. The foyer for each room helped keep hall noise down. Wi-fi was quite fast and consistent.

Czech RepublicDirty bathroom - the titles had this special pinky color moldew. The sunbeds at the pool were also dirty. We didn’t expect that for such price and hotel level. The receptionist was not very knowledgeable about The Niddles part of Canyon lands - didn’t even know there is a visitors center there
In the center of Moab, close to Arches. I store center, nice pool, spacious room, comfortable beds and pillows. Very polite staff in the restaurant
