The king sized bed was quite soft. The room had not been stocked with towels. I suspect they were either very busy or short staffed.

The breakfast buffet offered a good assortment of hot and cold food.

Not much to brag about in the pool department. Area around the pool and pool are very small. It does have a jacuzzi. Didn't use either one. Room was small, but really clean and cozy. No bath tub.

Check in area big and open . Elevator to other floors a plus. Breakfast was amazing. Scrabbled eggs , bacon and sausage. Shredded cheese and salsa. Non dairy milk and Greek yogurt. Plus your usual cereal hot and cold . Apples and oranges. Breads, the big real muffins, and danishes. So enough talk of breakfast. Over all the hotel was really nice and quiet. Can't tell if this is all the time or just a non busy Thursday night. Would definitely stay here again if ever the chance. Walk in glass shower was nice. The best was the bed was super comfortable.

The pricing was totally reasonable. And the staff was super kind. Especially when I noticed my daughter left her mittens in the room, the staff at the lobby helped it without hesitation.

The juices were often out or watery. Bagels were only plain, a variety would be nice.

We got a contact high from the cleark when we first checked in on the 5th. Our toilet backed up and the girl acted as if it was going to kill her to plung the toilet. It did it again and she said we would have to wait until the next day to get it fixed, I told her it was our only toilet and we needed it! My husband ended up plunging it! I will Never stay here again! The handicap cap was just a bunch of bars stuck everywhere! The shower had no place for my mom to sit, because it wasn't handicap friendly! Again I will Never stay here again!

Our carpet in our room appeared to be dirty and stained. The beds were uncomfortable.

I wish there was more food options. There should be a milk cooler too and not using a coffee mug (milk tasted old). The juices from the machine weren’t cold.

Woke up with 7 itchy and swollen welts on my arms, back and hand. Not sure what kind of insect attacked me during the night. Don't know about bed bugs, but something caused the bites.

The bed had no blanket, just a really NASTY smelling comforter/bedspread. I dont think it had been washed in a very long time. The hair dryer had hair and dust packed inside, really gross.

I specifically chose a hotel with a pool and Hot tub. As it turns out, renovations are taking place and the pool and hot tub were not available. Not only that, but my husband has bad knees and hips so, in absences of a hot tub, a hot bath would help alleviate the pain. However, the bathtub stopper did not fit properly, making it impossible to hold water and take a bath. Bathroom fan was dirty and inoperable. No hot water for oatmeal. Why would you bother putting it out? Hot breakfast via prepackaged meals from the mini fridge heated up in the microwave. No thanks.

Bed was comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion were nice.
