I liked the location. It was close to the allstate arena that we could walk to it.

We had a little bit of an experience. My uncle is handicap and we all almost fell and slipped because the handicap parking was packed of snow.

We had no toilet paper and when we had to ask for it. No one was around, and we needed more pillows, but the lady who came out at the time said to wait until the next day. We had to check out the next day, so what is the use of asking later for pillows when we were not going to sleep again? We didn't sleep well. Hopefully, it gets better for anyone else who goes there.

Nothing was stocked as advertised. There were not any pots, pans or dinner ware. And seemed like a big ask when requesting. Refrigerator wouldn't stay cloesed.

The property is run down. The hallways smell like feet. The room, beds, the bathroom is run down. I think the staff do their best to maintain the property but it’s not an ideal place to stay for more than 1 or 2 days.

The location was close walking distance to the Allstate venue.

The property was very dirty, they put me on a main floor room and the window would not lock. The air-conditioning was not working, so we just checked out and went to a different hotel.

I submitted a request to customer service to get a refund. I couldn't to stay at the hotel as they did not have my reservation on file. There was NO room for me. I have been ripped off!

No front desk help after and early hours, no coffee maker in the room or coffee in the lobby, nothing close in walking distance, didn't shower due to the dirty tub and no grab on bar, handicapped space not clear of snow and ice, front doors automatic button didn't work, asked specifically handicapped accessible facility completely failed me.

I got there and they wanted to put me on 3 rd floor after requesting the 1 st floor due to knee replacement, 2 I was expected to use 2 towels for 2 people and when asked for more they said it would cost 1.75 per towel per day, the charge for dogs was expensive at 25 a night. Your paying for a top knotch hotel and 2 star rating, There is no breakfest like adversised, no coffee pots in room, no cups for custmors to make there own or coffee or pots in rooms like stated earlier. The parking lot was not cleaned of slush while the side walks was sort of. really disappointed in this place will not attempt to stay or will not recommend this fly by night hotel. There is also no staff after 10 pm I think, it was, just a message board stating times and numbers, I had people arguing at 230 am inside and then people outside after that,
