The property was clean. The room was clean. Beds were ok. Water pressure was ok and warm water at best in the shower. Not sure about breakfast as they were super busy so we went ahead and moved on. Also didn't use the pool so not sure about that either. Front desk staff was friendly at check in.

Indoor pool was a little unattractive but overall clean. Low lighting and rusted doors made it seem dirty.

I was placed in an accessible room, which was fine, but it was located next to a group of children who were very noisy and frequently running in the halls. This made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. I would have appreciated a quieter placement.

Everything was OK the staff wasn’t that friendly I did ask the young lady could I get a later check out she said no. they hit their limit on late check out for that day. I needed it because our flight didn’t leave till 9 o’clock I had my young grandson with me. I had to pay for an extra day just so I can leave at 5 o’clock to get a airport My flight didn’t leave until nine

I asked for a handicap room with shower. I got a handicap tub which my mother could not get into. We needed a walk-in shower.

On the floor in the corridor there is a dirty carpet on the floor, it is being cleaned, but it looks very dirty. Due to the lack of a hood in the bathroom in the room, fungus is developing on the ceiling. Leaky towels at the pool

The location was perfect! The room we received was a perfect size, very spacious .Front desk staff was welcoming. The only concern of mine was the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The room itself seemed okay but the bathroom seemed it needed it bit more attention(tub looked worn out and the shower head was peeling/cracked.

The microwave in our room did not work, so if we had any leftover food that we wanted to warm up, we had to go all the way to the first floor.. The pool was okay, but it was very outdated and you could not get in the door because the door did not work, so they had to manually let you in.. and it had entirely too much chlorine in the water to the points where my children's eyes was burning so bad.. also With the hotel being sold up-to-date, they need to change the soap and shampoo that they give out. To something with better quality..

And the staff was very polite.. The breakfast was decent The rooms were clean The morning housekeeper was very respectful polite. Great location. Very comfortable bed Very quiet and peaceful Plenty of places to visit and go in the area.. Great restaurants in the area Traffic was a little delayed because of everything.That was going on with the storm in florida.. But it was worth it.

I was charged $200 extra on my credit card and it took 3 days to come off of it. It does say when you check in that they charge you a $100 damage fee that is refundable. Not $200. Get a copy of your receipt just in case. And breakfast was cold stuff. They said the truck that brings breakfast did not show up.

I specifically booked this hotel for the pool even though I was a bit of a travel to get there. The pool was closed during my stay due to cleaning or something. I would have booked something with less of a commute if I wasn’t looking to swim.

The toilet was non- functional for the entire stay . We had to remove the tank top to fill it so it would flush. Finally we discovered that the chain connection to the flap was formerly held together with a paper clip which had come loose, so we reattached it.

Upon arriving in our room we noticed the shower head was stripped and hard to turn the water on. Once on the knob would fall down making the water extremely hot or too cold. I called the front desk and he said he’s coming to the room. I believe the man name is Allen ( he looked to be maybe Nigerian, Haitian, or African)checked the knob and stated that’s the way the hotel shower is made. My husband proceeded to tell him he does maintenance for a living and he knows that the knob is not right and if this the way it’s made show him another room that the faucet is like that where kids can get burned. He got a little aggressive and said all the rooms are full and we’re not getting another room. When my husband got a little snappy with him he quickly apologized and since we had a 2 day stay he said since maintenance was gone for the day and he will have them come in morning to fix shower. Because of the shower being too hot or handle switching to real cold we had to wash up in sink and made us extra late to our event. Nobody came to fix it the next morning. My husband had to go request maintenance the next day. The maintenance fix the problem when he came and the shower was fine afterwards. We seen him (Allen) as we were leaving the hotel after the handle was fox and he acted like he didn’t want to speak so I spoke and he was very dry. My husband ended up still talking to him explaining that the maintenance guy fixed the problem. Most of the staff didn’t speak and when speaking to them there was no smile or just a dry demeanor. The only one showed really good customer service was the lady that checked us in to our room. She acknowledged me with a smile, great attitude, and helpful. (I forgot to get her name but she might’ve been new. She had to ask Allen a couple things when she was trying to check us in but at this point Allen didn’t come across as a good customer service representative.

The location was great because it was near stores and gas stations. The room and hotel itself was very clean. The breakfast was really good and had great selections. The pool was clean and a great size for the kids to play and swim in.
