Room was GROSS! Hair in bathroom sink and tub Torrent seat was up and toilet paper was not on the roller easy to see the room was not cleaned Counter, table and nightstands had cup stains as well as fingerprints and dirty on them Floors had stuff on them Fuzzy Mold in bath tub Just not clean I was exhausted or I would have left

Allen at the front desk was AMAZING! He was EXTREMELY friendly, WONDERFULLY Professional, and Fun and also VERY helpful! After a long day on the road it was Very Appreciated! Thank YOU Allen!

The only complaint I have is that my kid and I got stuck in your elevator for 20 min, we used the stairs the rest of our stay

I was in a bind and found this place on booking .com was able to reserve the room on my way to that city, and specify what time I would be there to check in since it was late evening arrival time, the room was clean, nothing broken, pool was nice to exercise in after being cooped up in my car all day, service was friendly, breakfast the next morning was very good.

Our room flooded from the sink and it took hours for us to get a new room. We had plans early that morning to go to six flags, but had to delay taking showers and our plans to wait. By the time we got a new room, there was easily 3 inches of water we had to walk through from the sink and pipes over flowing.

The bedding had blood stains on it call front desk about it it front desk attendant said that he will bring me another blanket he never did his name is Allen my husband had to go down stairs to get another blanket I called down stairs at 9:15 I waited until 10:30 and the attendant never came

Noise and breakfast was spartan. Our neighbors were noisy and I asked the hotel to change rooms because the neighbor's were having fun and I didn't want to cause trouble for them. He said they couldn't because they were fully booked. I checked Booking.com and they still had 5 different room types. The parking lot had about 20 cars at 9pm. He said again that they were fully booked (still don't believe that) but I asked him since they were not here to just change rooms but he said they were all pre-assigned. I reminded him that they didn't pre-assign my room as he gave me a choice of floors when I got there. He said he would talk to the noisy people and if they didn't quiet down, he would call the cops on them! Come on, why have two unhappy customers when he could have just changed rooms? I know they just didn't want the staff to have to tidy up the room although we had only been there an hour. I guess the lying upset me the most though.

The room was okay no smell. It was okay until I went into the bathroom and on the side of the toilet it was urine from the past guest. There were 2 baby spiders in the sheets.

The property was very clean. The rooms were of great size. I like the separation between the bedrooms and the sitting area.

The let out couch was broken and dirty so it needed to be cleaned or replaced in room 313.

The room was very nice and the indoor pool was a lot of fun for the family. Mrs. Harper was an awesome front desk person. We enjoyed the breakfast. We will definitely be staying with y’all again.

Didn’t have the king suite I reserved so me and husband slept uncomfortably in a queen bed instead of a king bed. Room wasn’t clean. There were crumbs from previous stay on tv stand. The toilet wasn’t flushed from previous use and under the toilet seat was dirty. Whoever stayed previously their bars of soap left in shower so I know shower wasn’t cleaned prior to me being assigned the room.

Breakfast was included.

I had to park in the back due to the hotel being full, which would have been no issue if you could exit through the dining room. Since I couldn’t, we had to walk around the entire building to get to the parking space.

Just stopped for a rest, but very comfortable and clean. And the staff is very friendly.
