Booked a non-smoking room. And the whole floor smelled like an ashtray. When I turned the A/C in the room the cigarette smell got worse.

Location off the highway, 9 minutes from my final destination.

Horrifying...looks like crimes were committed there ...and they forgot to have cleaning come in. nothing like the pics! If they put mejust a little money into it I think it could be a great place!

The first room had the toilet tank leaking and got the whole floor wet, and there was a dried bloodstain on one of the walls, so I went down and asked for a room change. We got the room across the hall. There was a pubic hair on the sink, which we cleaned off with Purell wipes. The shower wouldn't turn off completely, so there was a loud constant drop, drop, drop all night. We asked for and received extra towels to put around the air conditioner because it was leaking. It was late and I was exhausted going up and down to the front desk. I walk with a cane. I didn't want to try a different room.

We were safe in the room. Our car didn't get broken into.

They need to do a major change. Total makeover. The worse is outdated filthy facilities. Poor landscape. Litter and debris everywhere Parking is .filled with trash Pool isn't working.or functioning Shame really...

What I didnt like was that the floor was dirty,you can snell smoke,the shower was to dirty,bugs in the bathroom and I couldn't even go to the bathroom because the toilet was dirty.

Apparently the man checking me in did not understand me. He tried to get me to sign someone else's room booking. The whole hotel reeked of tobacco smoke. The inside of the bathroom door had old blood stains on it. although we were in a non smoking room, the blankets had cigarette burns in them. The toilet had a ring around the water line as if it had not been cleaned recently.

Didn't know there was a breakfast.

The people around were smoking weed and we did not feel safe leaving our car outside. a lot of weird people hanging out on that hotel. we did not stay and booked another one.

Time to renovate and update. Everything is worn out, stained and shabby.

Hotel is run down and shabby. Dirty tables in the lobby. Stained and worn out carpets. Cigarette burns. Old and worn out bedspreads. Concierge at desk was very friendly and helpful. He just needs to shave and look nice for guests. Thermal shirt and dirty jeans are not acceptable. Breakfast is nothing much really but I didn't have it. Everything is worn and shabby.

Sheets on bed were not changed! Saw hair and stains, wrinkles, very obvious the step had been skipped. Disgusting!

Room was not ready when I arrived at 4pm. Had reserved Queen non-smoking, but none available. Offered to put me in King non-smoking, as soon as one was available. That was fine.

elevator rug was a dirty, temporary carpet on top of the rug and smelled of cigarettes, the windows were VERY DIRTY, the carpet was dirty/stained, and the shower floor and toilet were stained.

It smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be a smoke-free room. The overhead light would not turn off. I complained about it. No one came to turn it off for me, and I had to sleep with the light on for two nights.
