We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere was no cable tv to watch due to outages. The weather was horrible so there was no getting out and seeing the area. I was basically stuck in a room with nothing to do. The hot water was not hot for showers. It was barely luke warm.

United Statesthe rooms was ok but they didn’t smell fresh and some of the rooms was not in good standards I had to change rooms a couple of times to get a good clean room and they don’t have hot water it’s Luke warm it’s been like that since before Christmas and they have not fixed that yet I stayed there before and it was the same problem witch I thought it would have been fixed by now and the breakfast they can do better with it other than that it’s ok

United Statesthere was food and trash behind the nightstand and beds. If you walked around in the room with no shoes on your feet would be black. there was a smoky smell (from cigarettes) in the room and we had a non-smoking room. The bed sheets and pillowcases had burn marks in them. The shower did not work right, and the door to the room didn’t shut all the way. Also, their web page said that their pool was up and working (one of the many reasons we picked this hotel) only to find out once we got there that it was indeed not up and working. Also, the hallway to the room had so much water damage to the roof that you could smell the mold when walking to and from the room.

United StatesIt smells, the odor of old and musky stills lingers in me, the bathroom tub showed black mildew, it gave me the feel that the place could have been clean much better, the staff looked like hobos . Someone needs to be in charge! The breakfast the poorest of all the hotels I’ve been before.
The place is a dump! It’s a shame they’re letting go so far, the only good thing is that it was available
