Some light bulbs didn’t work. Curtain screws hanging out… Not too clean. TV didn’t work (told reception -in person- still waiting …)

No wash cloths, had stink bugs as we call them coming in from somewhere, get them all out then more would be in there. No ice bucket for ice, told me he could put some in a bag for me, just bad experience all around

we had four rooms beds were uncomfortable found a roach in room when we arrived my room had huge pieces of glass sitting on the shelf in bathroom area went to from desk and made them remove it because i had small kids with me and in my oldest room the back panel of the door handle was missing had to have them fix that and also the tv in my moms room the leg was disconnected told them and maintenance and fixed it and the pool was disgusting all green

I stayed for two nights and the first night someone had thrown up in the middle of the hallway and it was there until we left, no one cleaned it up. The morning to leave my boyfriend “the exterminator” killed three cockroach’s that came out of a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom.

Did not have towels or any linens in room had to go find laundry to ask for some Tv didn't work kept going off and on bottom of door had a big gap in it had to put something in front of it mini fridge wasn't cold at all needs to be sprayed for bugs. Price wasn't bad but I see why will never stay there again.

well the bed was horrible i mean just horrible and there was no breakfast that i could see and first thing early moring you hear the staff rolling those carts everywhere thry are very loud and woke me up when i wasnt ready to wake back up, could nt get into pool it stayed closed the whole tim and the weather was not so bad'

Beds where very uncomfortable room was very old and out dated. No hair dryer two very large hole in the wall and shower wouldn't hardly spray.

The property and building was in bad repair. Chairs on the second floor deck were all broken but two. Bathrooms were nasty, bug crawling on the wall, the floor was very dirty. The first day we were there we didn’t see any house cleaners. The staff in the office were not very nice at all and acted like they could care less that you were there.

The property was close to some places we like to visit.

Bed covers were dirty. When told about this, house cleaning just brought a sheet and laid it on the dirty bed. They didn't charge the bed covers.

Had to wait hours for towels and wash rags, couldn’t understand spanish…. Very noisy and people in pool at late night hours were insane noisy. Pool hours should be changed to closing earlier… pool area very messy,

The staff never cleaned our room, relaxed towels, or toilet paper, I asked about getting towels and inhad to go to the laundry my self to get some, she gave me two I asked for a couple more (we had 3 rooms) and was told no, she didn't have anymore because no one is bring her their old ones???? The light in the hallways snd staircaseswere out so that was a bit scary as a momma trying to get back to the room with my little guys.

The location was great I did pay n reserve our room well over a year to get strip view, but was put in the back, though it was nice n quiet where we was so it was no deal breaker. Each floor has a little patio area with furniture overlooking the pool, so I could leave the kids in the pool n be under the shade and still see the strip with all the traffic going by. (We came done for rod run, so traffic was a great thing)

Prepaid in advance for room yet had to put up CC for damages just to find that the room was already in desperate need of renovations. Food in floor. Hole in wall where exhaust fan used to be. No ice was available. Hanger on the wall where hair dryer used to be. No water pressure to speak of. Tub didn't hold water to take a bath. 1 washcloth given for 2 people and no hand towels. Elevator was caked and sticky. Parking in back was chaos if you could get back there. No continental breakfast was included due to the value of the room but there was no value.

Great location. Conveniently within walking distance of almost everything. Beautiful pool. Fairly friendly staff.
