Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesWe did *NOT* want this room for this night. It was a mistake in booking where I chose the wrong night. We did *NOT* stay here this night. Was supposed to be a Wednesday check-in and I made a separate reservation and we did stay Wednesday night. We informed hotel staff and booking.com immediately but no response to change an obvious mistake. I am trying to recover our $$$ from the Thursday night stay right now but I am not getting responses from anyone. If the property would like to refund all/most of the $ for this mistake then that would be awesome
We really liked the place and considering a stay in 2026. Nice pool, no kids, everything works.

GermanyIt was a very comfortable stay at southernmost inn. I liked the room, the pools and the breakfast. The location is quiet and close to Duval street. The hotel is clean and Maudie at front desk was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I will come again. One thing I'd improve would be the disposable tableware to reduce trash and saving the environment.

United StatesThere were alot of smokers. I'm highly allergic to cigarette smoke. Sitting at the pool and trying to relax while having to constantly breathe cigarette smoke was not enjoyable at all.

United StatesThe actual rooms were small and a little beat up. For the price I thought it would be a little nicer but comparatively to other hotels in Key West it was more of a budget location.
We loved the common area amenities. The 3 pools/hot tubs were great, the wine and cheese happy hour was a nice touch and the breakfast while not huge satisfied us. The staff was excellent and very accomodating.

United StatesWe reserved a Queen size bedroom. Very small, cramped. Bathroom small, don’t sit down on toilet before you close the bathroom door or your knees will be in the way. Shower stall small. Towels were sandpaper rough. Pictures deceiving. Had to move coffee machine to nightstand because it was just sitting on top of refrigerator, no outlet near by.
The location and cleanliness, pleasant staff, daily Happy Hour, ambivalence around pools relaxing.

United StatesRoom darkening shades or blinds might be nice since the main windows are right on United Street.
The location was convenient to Duval Street - and just a 5 minute walk to the Southernmost Point. The happy hour consisted of wine, cheese and crackers and beer was available for purchase. Breakfast was available between 8am and 10 am and included a wide variety of options. Our room was clean and had a small kitchenette, so for those who may be staying a little longer, a request for this room may be a good option. (Our room was right on United, so we experienced some of the street noise. That room may not work for light sleepers.) Our check-in experience was amazing, thanks to Maria! She greeted us with a smile and great hospitality.

United StatesThe room was so small that there was no room for my partner or I to walk around each other so sometimes we had to crawl over the bed to get around the other. Bathroom is kind of dingy. The tv is incredibly low resolution to the point where we couldn’t tell which player was which while watching basketball in the room. We had a strange issue with our ceiling fan where it would randomly turn itself off or turn on the ceiling light without us doing so.
Pool deck was fantastic. You have the choice between a regular pool, heated pool, and jacuzzi. It was never too busy. Staff was phenomenal, very kind and attentive. The location was perfect, just close enough to Duvall to walk to things but not to the point where it was too loud or crowded around the property.

CanadaRoom was very small. Only one luggage rack for a double room. Lack of storage, hooks and shelf space in bathroom. A little shabby for the price. Breakfast was ok but too much plastic and paper plates, bowls etc. which was tossed in the garbage. Staff was very helpful. Nice to have a bicycle rental on site. Happy Hour with wine and snacks was nice, as was the unlimited complimentary chilled water bottles. Pool was nice but hot tub was broken during my stay.

United StatesThe parking situation. You have to pay to park which I wasnt expecting with an Inn or hotel. Its $30/day for their closest parking spots. That parking lot is tiny and can only fit 6 compact cars. Their other parking lot is several blocks away but has more room. Its $25/day. Its just a pain when trying to unload your luggage. The rooms are small but nice. Breakfast was your typical hotel style…..pastries, yogurt, etc.
The location is great! Close to Duvall and all the sights but far enough away that you didnt have all the noise. We could walk to all the restaurants and shops. Pool area was nice. 24 hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate along with the happy hour was a nice amenity as well.

United StatesRoom was very small, had to scout around bed and wall to get into bed. But when you are in Key West you are hardly in your room so we were fine with it. Just a shock, I’ve never been in a room that small.
Location! Location! Location! This is where you want to be, close to all the action but kinda tucked away from the noise!

United KingdomRoom was very small and a little damp. Looked out on to a dumping ground of rubbish and was dark. It was a shame as most of the other rooms looked great so I think we were unlucky. Staff were really noisy in the morning!

United StatesParking could be better. I understand that isn't possible due to location but should be a little clearer on website. Also hot tub was broken and heated pool wasn't very warm.
Did not realize it was pay to park around the block from room. At $25 I wasn't happy having to carry luggage a city block!

United StatesThere wasn't much to dislike. However, at breakfast the eggs were iced; it is not my preference but that was the only minor dislike.
Clean, centrally located. We took the flixbus over from Miami, so we didn't hse the parking facilities. I would recommend doing the same thing because parking is limited generally in Key West. We were able to check in early which was a blessing as we had suitcases rolling around. The staff were verty accomodating. They have two pools moderately sized and the place is so intimate, you could have a nice little nook with your partner.
