We requested help with our remote, the batteries were dead. No one came to help us, so we took out one good battery from the other remote and changed that ourselves. That should have been addressed quickly and easily and didn't need customers to problem solve. In addition, having fresh water and coffee and fresh cookies at the main entrance would be expected for the customers at the price that is paid.

The bed was ok. Wasn't the most comfortable but was decent for a hotel. The tub had stains.

The hotel was well maintained and the tropical feel was a nice touch. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Location was great, pool and hot tub were nice and the fire pit area was really nice too.

On the last morning the hot water was not working in our room.

Great harbour location, minutes to the Gaslamp Quarter and Little Italy. The pool area was very nice and secluded in a tropical environment. The service and food at the restaurant was top drawer!

Some difficulty getting the room heated warm enough for my elderly father.

The rooms were relaxing and super-comfortable. I liked being on a ground level. The area is fabulus. I only regret we couldn't enjoy the facilities more.

It would have been nice for the bar to open earlier than 4PM. We were sitting in the gardens relaxing and it would have been nice to sip on a cocktail. We then went for a walk and found a hotel with the bar open and a great view of the yachts and marina.

The grounds were beautiful and very relaxing. We did have a problem with our TV having "no signal" but that was fixed right away. However, the room phone's front desk button or room service button did not work. I had to call the main phone line from my cell to report the TV.

It's in the heart of the yacht industry. A few good restaurants in walking distance, but limited shopping, unless you're shopping for a yacht.

The only negative if you can call it that…we were in room C -129 and our patio door lock was broken so there was a stick to use instead. I am sure it was safe but felt a little strange that this was the way to secure the door. Also the bathroom/closet area had a slight moldy smell.
