The housekeeping but it wasn’t a big deal we kept clean ourselves

It was so close to everything. Everything is walking distance and if you want Ubers or Lyfts it’s cheap around here since it’s 5 minutes from basically everything.

Didn't know that shops close different times and early on certain days.

The location was great we could walk to nearly all the main attractions I.e Millennium Park, Skydeck, River Walk and the area is stunning.

In the booking process there was not an easy "accommodation + breakfast" possibility. There is a food location next to/in the hotel but for me personally it was too expensive.

The location of the hotel is perfect! The room was very spacious and the staff was friendly.

The room could have used a deep cleaning. There were stains on the walls underneath the middle bedside table. Also along the walls of the bathroom.

The bathroom had a strange layout.

We found the hotel great. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was large, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The location is fantastic with many cultural highlights. The area is safe and lively, and we will definitely come back to this Hyatt Hotel.

Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooftop bar was really nice. Location was ideal as well. Overall a great stay and one of the more affordable hotels I've stayed at in Chicago, while you still get a clean and modern facility. I will return and recommend to anybody making a trip to Chicago!

we tried breakfast once, and although the female staff was nice and friendly, the service was too slow in our opinion, so we decided to choose a nearest Yolk a few block away for the next two days of our stay.

Location. Modern and practical room design. Very comfortable bed, coffee maker in the room. Unlike other comments, we had no problem with hot water in the mornings.

Diner wait staff allowed me to wait at the bar when it was closed for way too long.

The hotel beds are really soft and unsupportive - we had to ask for another room (although were first told all beds were the same, when we did move the bed was better). The hotel has very little in the way of reception/lobby area and we didn’t eat in the restaurant at all as it was expensive and not our style of food.

This hotel is basic but clean and comfortable. It is in a great location as there is plenty going on in The Loop, it’s close to Millenium Park, but the river and downtown/Magnificent Mile is also really close if you’re willing/able to walk. It also has a lovely rooftop bar.

The air wasn't working for my friend so the workers had to bring in a fan, but otherwise it worked out.

no hot water in shower on 1 day and another day barely any hot water. called for service with that and no one arrived. roof top patio is great spot but the staff didn’t give us menus or offer service of any kind. four of them working and not one of them said hello or welcome or offered to serve us so we left.

I did not like how the shower door immediately opens to the shower and you get soaked when you turn it out . Same thing for the bathroom , it’s too close for comfort .

Hotel bar closed at 9 already. And in terms of sustainability, could've been given the option to not renew my towels each day.

Large rooms with spacious bathroom. Nice staff. Small fitness room. Very clean. Comfy beds.

I was with a large party and most views are obstructed. When you don’t book direct with them they don’t like to allow you to check in early at all.

1. Disliked having to go to the 3rd floor for hot drinks. Would have preferred to have had more coffee pods and milk pods in our room. 2. Having to pay for the room on departure was a surprise as I thought it was paid for in Nov when I booked this. Tomorrow I will check my online banking to make sure I have not paid twice and will be in touch if I have. The receptionist professionally explained Booking. Com's policy which takes the money on checking out but I was surprised.
