We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Kingdom1. Disliked having to go to the 3rd floor for hot drinks. Would have preferred to have had more coffee pods and milk pods in our room. 2. Having to pay for the room on departure was a surprise as I thought it was paid for in Nov when I booked this. Tomorrow I will check my online banking to make sure I have not paid twice and will be in touch if I have. The receptionist professionally explained Booking. Com's policy which takes the money on checking out but I was surprised.

United StatesThe double queen room makes for very tight quarters and the walls needed some touch up paint. The floor under our closet was noticeably not swept or mopped. Luke warm to cool shower temperatures during peak morning hours.

Convenient location, great private guest lounge on 3rd floor which they let me use after check out before my flight later in the day - free coffee, microwave. Decent and clean gym too, small but fine for basic workouts. Comfy room, functional - and they actually did clean the room each day which was a bonus.

United StatesThe front desk staff was very easily distracted (all young ladies who did seem sort of annoyed by people approaching the front desk). The bed seemed to have a sheet instead of a fitted sheet on the mattress and there was no sheet beneath the comforter.
The location was great. The view from my room was phenomenal. The room itself was really clean and well taken care of. The restaurant was great and I also really liked the coffee available on the third floor.

The designed room. The staff was very friendly and was willing to go the way to accommodate. Sunday the staff that was working he offer to get breakfast for me because the cafe was open. United StatesViews out of our windows were of an office building 20 yards away. we could see the people in the office space, and they could see us if we did not pull the blinds all the way down. The artwork in the lobby was very dark and ominous, not cheerful or”happily” colorful. No concierge or information (leaflets, or other information about sites and restaurants in the area, walking or driving). Attendants at the check-in desk had no cash on hand for change. Only one chair and one small plastic table in the room, both were not very substantial. Very limited closet/hanging space.
location, car delays were very nice and worked very diligently. restaurant on the first floor was very nice and the food was very good. We had breakfast there. The corner room was a nice space for people to meet up with other people.

Location was great - coming from the airport on the blue line to Monroe ( the nearest station to the hotel ) you can see the hotel when you exit the station. Monroe station has the red and blue metro lines close by. Great, safe location and walking distance to Millennium Park, Willis Tower and main shopping areas. Great location. Staff very friendly and provided my request of a room on a high floor. Great modern room. Fridge to store you’re own snacks/drinks, coffee machine, large comfortable bed. Great bathroom with excellent shower and all amenities. Was such a lovely room to return to after a day out exploring. would definitely stay here again.
