Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I was expecting to move my travel Babbage and to use carts this was the main reason make me a discomfort and the bus/Shuttle was very late and the driver was not cool to wait even I gave him a sign he left me 3 times at the airport and I was stand and waiting shuttle more than 2 hr in a very cool air finally I was coming by uber

We had a room with king size bed and sofa bed. Sofa bed not comfortable.

The heat in the room made a continuous sound like water running. When I mentioned it to clerk, he replied several of the rooms are like that. The stay was a result of a cancelled flight and we were all exhausted due to coming off an 8 hour international flight and a 7 hour time change. That sound was very distracting and prohibited a good night’s sleep.
Location to airport. Convenient Shuttle to and from airport was free and provided by hotel.

The breakfast could have been more selective very little variety for a Hyatt hotel near O'Hare airport

I was originally given room 207 and the windows were half the size of the other rooms and the view was horrible. This shouldn't be a room to offer for the amount of money paid. I asked for better room and the staff was accommodating.

To catch the shuttle needs to be more clear at the airport 2c at the lower level is where they should tell you To go.There are two 2C levels The Shower needs to be updated.The highway next to it is very noisy.
Close to the airport with a free shuttle breakfast was the best.

Coffee should be 24-7, the pool was far too cold. You shouldn’t charge for parking, or at least include it in the price.
Could not hear the airport, clean, comfy rooms. Breakfast was top top!

The room air conditioner didn't get 67 as I would like and stayed on 71. That is to warm for a middle aged woman.

The bar opened about 10 minutes late and the breakfast coffee and food took about 10 minutes to refill when supplies ran low. All in all these were not deterrents to a stay here again!
It was a beautiful hotel and had everything that was promised! We were going to a concert at the Allstate Arena and this was a perfect walk!!

The location is excellent. It is just 6 mins drive to the International terminal 5 at ORD. The facilities are also in great shape and has all what is required for a family stay. The staff was super friendly and polite.

There are Safety issues: a tall AA male is boarding the shuttle at Ohare airport (without a hotel reservation) and following females to the property. The entire 8th floor is freezing/ 20 degrees , there’s no insulation on top.
The location is great. The breakfast was good.

Unfrotunately, the aircon/heating unit in the room was very noisy; even when switched off, there was a constant rattling noise coming from it. I struggled to sleep till I put ear plugs, otherwise it would be impossible. There's also a very busy road next to the hotel, busy even in the middle of the night, and the windows don't really muffle the noise that much. If I hadn't arrived so late I would have asked for a different room.
I really liked how spacious the room was, there was a sitting area with a sofa and a separate desk with proper chair for work, and quite a lot of space to move around. The bathroom was also large and all the basics were provided. The rate included breakfast, which was quite simple, but you could make yourself some toast or waffle. The wifi was easy to connect to, and I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport.

It would help to have blackout shades or curtains. The bed was a little stiff. The air system chucks out dry air and is uncomfortable. Needs an upgrade.
