Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There are no negatives that I can think of off the top of my head. I do like the ability to check out from my room and not have to make a stop at the front desk.
The rooms were spacious and very relaxing/comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and the shower was one of the best I have had in a hotel. The breakfast was hot and delicious. My daughter really enjoyed the pool as well. Getting a swim in after breakfast made her morning.

Only think I can think of is….cook the breakfast potatoes a little longer
This is one of the cleanest hotels that I’ve ever stayed at. Staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay here the next time we come to town!!

The lobby restroom was next to the elevators and there was a slight smell to area but nothing too overbearing and definitely not enough to make me review our stay poorly.
Hotel breakfast was great and a lovely clean dining room. The bar area is nice though we didn't have occasion to use it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. TV connectivity to my phone for streaming was so easy and a big plus.

This was a Girl Scout Trip, They worked hard and planned for months. I booked 3 months ahead of time asked for rooms together or near each other and called the hotel to confirm since i booked through a third party. When i got there we were on 3 different floors and they were overbooked! Will not stay here again! It ruined the girl's whole night that they couldn't be together or at least on the same floor

While in our room some sounds traveled through the walls/ceiling; specifically someone above us was running around for a while and we could hear it and on our floor a child was screaming for a while which we could hear.
Very clean room and overall hotel. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was great - spacious with great amenities. Breakfast was excellent, the bar was well stocked, and the outdoor seating was comfortable.

On our last day (6) the cleaning staff did an awful job of cleaning up. They left our refrigerator open, all our drinks were warm when we got back. Also no microwave in room.

I had an issue with my credit card and the staff during check-in made a big deal out of it. they couldn't block 15 dollars as deposit. I talked with my bank and they confirmed it'll be solved in couple of hours, but for some reason it was not enough for the staff to let us go into our room. I offered them cash and leaving my passport as deposit so that we could get to our room. Finally he was OK but it was a hassle for no reason.
New hotel, new furniture and rooms are well designed and functional. everything was clean

People brought their dog by sneaking in back door…non assist animal! Although non smoking/vaping facility, we saw people vaping and drinking their outside purchased beer on patio and in rooms! Didn’t report it, but some people have no respect for rules! Not fault of staff either!!!
New, Clean facility. We’ll lit and safe area. Convenient to downtown, shopping and dining. Staff was exceptional!

The pullout couch fitted sheet was not clean and the blanket for the couch was not warm for my son. I'm sure the hotel would have fixed it if we'd asked as staff were great. We just arrived late and didn't ask at that hour and just dealt with it.

I felt like they were short staffed we waited a long time to get a drink. They need to hire a bartender at night! Pool was very cloudy and hair balls were in it. Adding a hot tub would be beneficial as well.
Room was clean and I really liked the set up very modern. Beds were very comfortable.
