Friday and Saturday night we had a room in front of the building and there were dragracing all night long from 10 o’clock at night till 4 AM! This wasn’t just a little car race. This was a lot of noise. We didn’t sleep for two days. We didn’t want to complain because everyone was so nice at the hotel.

The property was beautiful. The staff was wonderful. Everybody was so nice on property . The room was nice and big.

Wasn’t the best. Not too much flavor . Had a spill at breakfast and no one mopped it up the lady just gave us a dry white towel. The blankets were dirty fheruepon getting to room.

I booked this reservation back in February for my birthday weekend. Considering i have always enjoyed booking with hyatt and NEVER had issues when it comes to checking in, this was my first time ever being disappointed. I never received a check in option for my stay. After driving 3 hours to this location, I was notified my room was cancelled and email was sent. I never received any email as I stated before that I never even received a check in email. Although the manager i think (because nobody introduced their selves) called a couple hotels. They were unprofessional. As me and my guests were leaving, the black proceeded to laugh after her attempts of asking if we found somewhere to stay. To laugh out loud at us was so unprofessional that I will never even attempt to book here again.

Loud generator sound started around 11:30pm. It was VERY LOUD. Our ears were ringing. We couldn't even hear the TV over the noise. This went on for about an hour...called front desk about it about it, they hadn't received any other complaints but would look into it. The noise shut off approx 15 min after I called down to the desk. Then, it woke us up again about 1:30am and didn't turn off again for about an hour. Seemed like the hotel was short staffed. The breakfast bar was not very well stocked. No utensils and pretty messy/dirty. Pool was nice, but no towels available. Had to go to the front desk to request on both days.

The layout and cleanliness of the room was great. Exceeded our expectations. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast & the pool.

They were not ready by 3:00pm check in. Almost 6:30pm before we were able to get in our room. Then we went to the bar to get a drink. Waited 30 minutes and never got waited on. So we left and went to our room. Plus it was so noisy I didn’t get any sleep. . I was so exhausted today!!! My daughter had a volleyball game this morning and she didn’t get much sleep either. So it was a really long day. I picked it because I thought the quality would meet the price, but that didn’t happen. Very disappointed!!! Plus the girl who checked my family in was not very nice. When I asked if someone could help us at the bar. She was short and rude when I asked when I could get help.

Check in time is 3pm. We arrived at 3pm and was intend that our room was not ready for check in. We waited an entire hour before we were allowed to finally go to our room. We picked this hotel because of the location, the pictures we seen on line, and the fact that check in was at 3pm. So we were very upset that out room was'nt ready until 4pm. This trip was an home away from home trip for me and my husband. We had to change or plans also because we couldn't check in on time to get ready for our event. So needless to say, we were upset. But the night turn out pretty ok. We went swimming, went to grab dinner and drinks. Overall the hotel was pleasant! Oh and our BLACKOUT blinds were broken. So we couldn't open them to bring in three natural night light.

The location, the early 3pm check in and 12 noon late check out. The facility was clean, pool warm, room really nice.

There was a huge stain on the bed spread. Since we got in so late we didn’t say anything. We went to breakfast at 8:30 am and you were out of half the food.

I like being able to check in super late. And that it had a couch in there.

The toilet that wouldn’t flush The holes in the sheets Lack of microwave Faucet that was installed wrong so it was hard to wash your hands The refrigerator that didn’t work The paper thin walls The air conditioner that never cooled the room The fact that the hotel called at 7p the day of our arrival to tell us they overbooked and want to move is to a cheaper hotel that didn’t accommodate 5. We booked months in advance and had been driving for 6 hours when they called. Don’t stay here. It’s a nightmare.

It’s pretty on the surface. When you enter you think this is a nice hotel, but then you see the broken refrigerator, the holes in the sheets, the lack of a microwave, the lumpy mattress, the faucet installed incorrectly, and the toilet that doesn’t flush.

The hotel is dated and needs a major refurbishment, the door to our room was rotting and the buildings look tired.

Floor was dirty and not cleaned in the 3 days we were there. Cut my toe on glass on the floor. Found used underwear someone left on a bottom shelf. Ice bucket had water in it when we got to room. Used coffee cups were not changed one day. Pay, train and reward your workers so they do what they are supposed to do and are proud of their jobs
