It was a really nice place in an up and coming area. My wife felt really safe and loved it. The only thing if I had to pick something to be unhappy about would be the bed, it was a tad bit too firm for our liking but overall an enjoyable stay

Parking. The garage and its lack of proximity to the hotel demand a valet service. There was no way to conveniently check in and get to my room. AND it was cold (right before the snow). Parking in the lot was full and did not empty until night time. Maybe the people attending but not staying in the hotel should have been directed to remote parking.

Nice planned community enveloping this facility. Trees and views were nice from the room. Clean clean clean. I noticed a large convention going on with kids involved. Tiny bit of trash on the elevator associated therewith. Got back on the elevator 10 minutes later and it was sparkling clean. Nice.

wooo I loved it I loved it I fell in love with the room the technology the television I felt at home watching my favorite shows while resting beautiful nice Beautiful to walk and that includes being in the pool since it has towels and chairs. It is located on the second level. Beautiful at night I could contemplate the stars and the moon with my husband while we swam. The hotel offers a beautiful elegant restaurant. I hope to have breakfast or dinner in that beautiful place on my next trip. This time I couldn't because of my schedule, but next time I will. The welcome is beautiful, fruit water at the entrance, a beautiful way to greet you at the counter, apart from the library and the living rooms, the fireplace outside was an unforgettable experience

Nothing! Maybe the pricing of the food but that's to be expected. We own a business and know what goes into costs. We brought some of our own food to be honest! But the coffee I couldn't say no to and it was excellent.

The service was excellent. Staff members very helpful and positive. Even with our dog! A lot of hotels are not willing to accept even our sweet little dog so... Thank you for accepting dogs! The best service we've had at any hotel we've stayed at. The gym was so nice as well! I loved the coffee bar too. I enjoyed the lighting under the bed and the bathroom motion detection is the way to go when you travel a lot and wake up wondering where you are. Haha! We attended the warrior notes spirit school and appreciate you hosting it. We know not everyone is willing to but it really made it extra special. Smell was amazing. Im usually kind of sensitive to chemicals but it didn't flare me up! Woohoo.

I mentioned to the front desk and to the engineer that there was a strong (non-pool) chemical smell in the corridor past the fitness room. It smelled of VOCs or plasticizer. I developed a headache shortly after my 2 minute exploration down this hall and onto the pool deck - which also smelled very strongly, but not exclusively of chlorine. Perhaps the area had just been sprayed for bugs? Perhaps a new piece of equipment with plastic components from a suspicious origin? Perhaps new carpet, wallpaper, seals, or other polymeric materials. From life experience, I know that not every human is as sensitive as I am to vapors, odors, fumes, and suspended particulates. I feel confident that the hotel staff and leadership would not find it acceptable that their facilities smell like poison. However, I may be like the canary in the coal mine, to provide you with an indication of what may be a simmering issue that might not (or ever) rise to the level of a consistent guest complaint. I know the engineer understands VOCs and has looked into this matter, and I hope the hotel leadership takes this seriously. I am an engineering professor emeritus and licensed professional engineer and my chemistry labs at my university consistently received A+ safety ratings from campus health and safety inspectors - quite a rarity among engineering labs - so I speak with considerable confidence, experience, and qualifications. For the sake of your guests, please do not let this concern fade without serious consideration. Because I did not feel comfortable using the exercise facility, I went for a walk in the pre-dawn. I could/did not take a long walk towards downtown because of the lack of sidewalks on the service road. My Uber driver said that people around here just don't GO outside.
