For such a lovely room, it was surprising that the sink did not drain...but the desk sent a maintenance person to fix it within 2 hours. It was also extremely cold in the room without any way to adjust the AC temp or fan speed, so we requested blankets, which they provided. There were no water glasses provided in the room, so we had to continually request free water bottles from the desk/staff.

We are "locals" and live on the East End of Long Island, but decided to stay 2 nights in NYC to make it easier to travel to an early morning wedding in Brooklyn, and also to see whatever Broadway shows were listed at the discounted TKTS Booth . The hotel's location was perfect for walking to the TKTS Booth, Broadway theatres, restaurants, and Fleet Week activities. The hotel was modern and beautiful, the check-in process efficient, the room nicely appointed, the staff attentive to our requests, with delightfully fast elevators (important because we were on the 42nd flr). The hotel also had a coffee/pastry concession that was open in the mornings, and a restaurant/bar for hotel guests open from 5pm--9pm. But most helpful to us, they offer guests a free Baggage Check service which allowed us to check out of our room and safely leave our luggage at the hotel while we toured the Intrepid Museum before taking the LIRR home.

Very dated, needs a make over. Windows were poor quality, draft coming in through the sides. Shower head leaking which lead the walls to become damp and with no fan in the bathroom; it was very condensated.

room seemed a bit dated even it was very big and had the view of Times Square we wanted. but the windows seemed that nobody cleaned them for a long time. there was a coffee maker but no pods, no fridge or even water.

The bathtub was peeling, there was no hair dryer and no mini fridge. We had leftover food that would have been nice to have a little fridge to keep things cool. The staff got us a hairdryer with no problem.

The location was perfect to explore the city and the staff was excellent.

No refrigerator in the room, the bathtub is slippery (I fell and hurt myself), it takes a lot of time for the shower to get warm or even hot - you have to let the water run for a while, and all that water goes to waste.

Awesome localization, restaurant, CVS Pharmacy and coffee shops (Krispy Kreme, Starbucks) nearby. No need to use even public transportation, it's possible to walk directly to a lot of places.

The navigation takes you to the "front" of the building which is in the main street and no porters to assist with the luggage. Would be ideal if directions can be to the main entrance by the parkade.

Not even a single water bottle in the rom, Not a mini-fridge in the rom. When I opened the luggage upon returning home, I found a cockroach inside.

Nothing to do with hotel itself…be prepared that it is noisy from Times Square activities at night but I am sure all hotels in the area are the same.

The location was fantastic, walking distance to many attractions and events. Close to transit, restaurants and CVS or Walgreens if you needed anything. When checking in we were upgraded to the upper level as it was my birthday! Very clean room, comfortable bed!
