The parking was ridiculously high !!!! We stayed 3 nights the first night was reasonable the other 2 nights were way overpriced!!!! As we were checking out I got a bit of a lecture on the dos and donts on checking in and out of a hotel that I didn’t want to hear I just wanted copy of my bill to be on my way! I don’t know that I would stay at this hotel again! New York probably was not good to Visit at Christmas. I was also very disappointed how dirty the streets were people would just throw their trash anywhere. People ought to be ashamed of theirselves just plain lazy and disrespectful!!!!

The hotel was around a lot of things we wanted to see and do that was handy and convenient!

They front door didn't work but good thing they had another entrance, the view was ok wish I payed more for a memorable view.

We arrived at 7pm to check in after travelling since 4am, and were told our room wasn’t available (check in is available from 3pm). This was something my husband and I have never experienced anywhere in the world and we were simply told to sit in the bar or to leave our luggage and come back - no offer of a discount or even a free drink voucher! (I’m also five months pregnant and was keen to have a shower/lie down). The excuse was the time of the year but that’s something a hotel of this size needs to be able to manage, especially given how much the rooms cost per night! After returning when told to get access, we again had to wait in a long check in queue with only one person on the desks and many staff apparently on their break in a small room to the right of reception. Very bad service experience. Aside from this, the remainder of the stay was pleasant. Our shower kept blocking and flooding the bathroom, and some of the decor is quite dated, but these are all things I can live with.

The location and size of the rooms are this hotels best asset. Plenty of room if travelling with multiple suitcases. We also found the room really quiet for external noise, but we were on Level 25.

Really should upgrade full beds to Queens. Bathrooms could use some serious updating and the toiletries were in those tiny tubes. I really like when they have the full size pumps in the shower so you can use the amount that works for you and there is not all that plastic waste. We drove in, so discounted parking at a nearby garage would have been helpful. We used parkwhiz and got a good discount rate within walking discount.

Location to Times Square and Radio City was excellent! We went to see the Rockettes, and this location was perfect for walking in that area. Room size was good and the view was nice. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Hotel was nice inside.

We found out that during winter they don’t turn on the AC so we had to have the window cracked open during the entire stay which was not the best as you may know Time square it’s very loud, sirens every night. Bathrooms definitely need upgrading, shower knob was falling apart and the bath drain was coming off, bathroom curtain was mouldy and stank of humidity.

No air conditioning in December. Not sure if this is just a Northern thing…we are from South Carolina. Thermostat goes to 68 and no lower. It was hot in our room. Had to keep window open for air and asked staff to bring us a box fan to circulate air in the room.

Parking came at an additional rate $100 USD. Washrooms were unattended. Sanitary products were in the women’s washroom and our room washroom had urine on the floor. We tried calling room service at 10pm, we didn’t get and answer. We left a message and did not receive a call back. We ended up going to a street vender and paid $82 USD for three sausages, two pretzels, and three drinks.

The location was great. Easy access to time square, restaurants, and activities.

had to call to get a new remote for TV (should have been inspected before we arrived) had to call about light out in bathroom (should have been inspected before we arrived) most of the electrical outlets were loose ( @risk for us to plug our devices to charge = not safe)

The bathroom conditions were slightly disappointing. Just not as updated as I expected the the nightly room price. We had a broken hair dryer (motor loose) and I’m pretty sure they went and bought a new one so that was good!

Location was THE BEST Housekeeping was great and the door greeters were also, I felt safe with them monitoring who entered.

Reception area/lobby is too small. There were only 2 loveseats which were overtaken by a five people who we’re sitting with a lot of luggage. It seems to discourage people from sitting in the lobby. Also the address is Broadway but there is no access from Broadway.

The water temperature fluctuates too much in the shower! You will start with hot water then it will go to cold then it will be scolding hot water. With all that being said, we made it work and the cleanliness of the hotel and room out weighs the water issue.
