Great value for a NYC hotel room. Location is interesting, quieter than other areas of Manhattan, but with many options for restaurans, shops etc. and adjacency to Tribeca neighborhood restaurants.

The reception might staff were amazing when my flight was delayed and I had to sit in reception till the early hours of the morning, they were helpful, friendly and made me really comfortable. It made my plane delay much more bearable. I got a Citi bike very close by also which was great as the cycle path is close by.

The room was very nice and really clean. The staff was very accommodating and was pleasant. Enjoyed the hotel and the amenities. The location was amazing. Lots to do in walking distance and a subway station is location a block away.

Great location. WTC, restaurants, subways cafes, Brooklyn Bridge, Seaport Pier all walking distance. Hotel staff nice, small bar/restaurant/cafe ideal for breakfast and late dinner/cocktail. One could even use the other Hotel Indigo Downtown services as well which includes a rooftop pool and restaurant. Great choice for us. 2 families - 6 people. 2 rooms with 2 full beds and one with corner windows. Nice clean bathrooms.

The hotel is pretty new, no carpet, really comfortable bed, nice and comfortable bathroom with good products, room not too small considering NYC average. Staff very welcoming, continuously asking for feedback. Requested towels twice, provided straight away. We didn’t try the restaurant so I cannot comment on the breakfast. View from the 3rd floor on the street/subway, not great, but it didn’t matter to us.

Could not ask for a better more convenient location. Felt like this hotel was near every single metro stop I needed and it was right outside the doorstep. Fantastic smell walking in too which was welcome after some stinky city smells all day.
