shower did not work. TV remote difficult to navigate. Heat challenging to regulate. Clean, comfortable suites/rooms. Parking tight. Good location to haystack rock and shops. Easy walkability. We're not assigned rooms close together overall good place to stay, friendly sraff.

Room was comfortable but small. It was quiet and the heat was good, shower good. Coffee in the room. Overall it was a nice place to stay and near to shops and restaurants and the beach.

Parking was very limited.

Property was clean and nice, the staff were so helpful and went out of their way to support us after a medical injury at the beach. Would absolutely stay here again.

Cottage neighbors can be a little noisy. Lots of clanging around. Door window could use better coverage. And the sink didn’t drain too well. The door drafts just a touch and sadly our fire place wouldn’t turn on. It’s a super cute, cozy, comfy place! Could just use a few maintenance updates and a paint job! Still a very great place to stay!

Room was a little smaller than expected... kitchen area sink was the only sink vs. separate bathroom sink. Although a weather issue.. the room was very cold when we checked in and took several hours to warm up. Ideally would've been nice to turn heat on in rooms expecting check-ins. Overall still a nice property.

Fantastic location within walking distance to town. The hotel staff was great overall... very helpful with minor issues, i.e., how to work the television.

The only heat source I could find was an electric fireplace. Maybe there was another way to do the heat, but I ended up turning it off at night to sleep so cold mornings.

Hot water ran out in our unit and booked because of the large jetted tub, but didn't have enough hot water to fill it.

There was an enormous wind storm the night we stayed there and one of the pots on the porch was knocked over and broken during the night. Obviously we wanted to inform them of the damage to the property on our check out. The employee working cut us off before we were finished talking and completely dismissed us. Horrendous customer service.

Parking was tight and I was a little worried, but it turned out no issues or dings.

The place was super cute, including the decor and I especially loved the fireplace. The bed was comfortable and clean. Location was a super easy quick walk to restuarants and shops. I would definitely stay here again

The front door was very hard to open from outside and inside. There’s a whole near front step that would be easy to trip in!!

We didn’t know about a breakfast? The property was very clean and comfortable. We knew the cottage would be very small but we had everything we needed except room to hang cloths. Kitchen was very nice although we didn’t do much cooking. Very close to the beach & quiet. We were there In December so didn't use the courtyard but it looked nice.

The room was outdated, and it felt like maintenance had been overlooked for quite a while. The TV didn’t work at all, and when we tried to contact the front desk, no one answered or returned our call, even though the office was supposedly open. The heater in the room was inadequate for the cold weather, leaving us shivering all night. While we managed to make the best of it for one night, had we stayed another night we probably would have lost some toes. The potential for charm was overshadowed by these avoidable issues.

Cute room, friendly staff, good coffee, and just a short downhill walk to the most beautiful beach.
