no ice machine was supposed to pick some up at front desk, but staff member swinging in chair upstairs refused to come to call window after repeated knocking & calling had to go to dollar general to purchase bleach, bathroom cleaner & disinfectant wipes the bathroom floor was disgusting, i had to clean it before i’d let my wife or myself use it

Most important I had to request not once but twice to have my room serviced and the sheets and towels changed, even though I had the sign out on the door requesting service. It wasn't completed until after 6:00 pm after the first night there. The bathroom is in need of repair to caulk the seems of the tub and the walls. Upon entering it when checked in, I had to kill a roach! Finally, this place is located on a major highway with loud trucks traveling 24/7. Also, there are train tracks just on the other side of the highway and the trains blow their loud horns all through the night and day. Very irritating while sleeping.

the room was filthy. Many types of bugs all over, bathroom door was off the hinges, very stained and dirty carpet. toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet, tank cover was just a piece of plastic. Lady at the desk, very unfriendly, rude.

Holes in the walls patched with tape, the grounds were filthy, deep pot holes damaged our motor cycle. Garbage was visable everywhere. Piles of bed linens on the ground out side of rooms. The air conditioning units woked fine but were deplorable condition. The TV was unusable. The name of the hotel was different to the advertisement. It clearly was NOT a 3 star hotel. The pictures did NOT represent the hotel.

The beds were clean. The shower had good water pressure.

Pictures on booking.com are complete hoax . Place doesn't even have right sign out front. Water stains smoke smell and stains in non smoking room bathroom not clean and toilet leaks.beds and pillows are so hard better off sleeping outside on ground. Literally spent over 50 dollars on cleaning supplies to clean ourselves before we even touched anything.run down place no care for customers . Even put out signs saying not responsible for ur vehicle or property during stay. PLEASE DO URSELF A FAVOR AND DONT STAY HERE WE BOOKED ONLINE ACCORDING TO PICTURES IF SEEN FIRSTHAND WOULDNT HAVE EVEN STAYED AFTER SEEING SHAPE OF LOBBY. I HOPE BOOKING COM UPDATES PICTURES FOR THIS PLACE SO NOBODY ELSE GETS ROBBED OR THERE VACTION RUINED BECAUSE OF FALSE ADVERTISING ON HOTEL SHAPE. HALF THE LIGHTS DIDNT EVEN WORK wish I could post more pics for everyone. This was also all the toilet paper in room . We bought our own toilet paper because we didn't trust anything they would give us.

The creeper son or whoever the younger gentleman was. Just staring at you when you check in. Made me and my granddaughter feel very uncomfortable. then when I went to the office he was swinging on a swing over the front desk and once I walked in, he got off the swing and was staring. Then I gave them my payment Nd signed my credit card receipt for them to come knock at 8am saying I didn’t pay. I went to office and the lady couldn’t find my receipt. I will never stay there again.
