IsraelI think the gym should be bigger and more equipped, and a late check in option would have been a great option if was free, the hotel was not crowded and all I needed was 3 additional hours.
Location is great, the bar is lovely and makes decent cocktails, staff were super nice.

United StatesCheck in was quick but our room wasn’t ready and We waited over an hour. Check out was a bit slow. Would prefer ‘quick’ check out done either in the room or remotely.
Modern and clean decor. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. The drinks in the fridge were very nice and having an umbrella to use was also great since it rained during our stay. The hotel bar and restaurant was very good- great cocktails and excellent service.

Loved the little touches-complimentary juice and water in the room, an umbrella in case it rained, heaps of towels, string pressure in the shower, a retro touch to the rooms; a teal blue dial phone, stylish product for sale at reception ( mugs, tea shirts, expresso cups), a great restaurant, a generous lobby with a comfortable waiting area, polite and well informed staff, an outside drinks terrace in the summer, and lots of little Instagram moments. This hotel is very good value for money—an elevated stay at a great price point. I come to the city seven or eight times a year, and always try different hotels. If you love to discover new areas, this is a space for you. This will become a favorite. It’s eight mins (if that) from Penn Station, walking distance EVERYWHERE! The Flat Iron area just around the corner, all amenities close by. Oh, and an extra bonus is that check out is at noon. Great space for working if you need, and high speed internet. Stylish, extremely clean, central if you like to discover and walk the city, and only one block from the subway. I’ll be back.

United KingdomBreakfast - there are various menus depending on who you are. We had days where we couldn’t be seated as air stewards seem to take priority. The food wasn’t great quality (maybe due to the menu we were on). The hotel was very expensive for what it was.
It was clean and the reception staff were really friendly and helpful Room was comfortable however paid extra for a city view and in our first room we were looking at a property opposite. I asked to move and we did get a partial view in the second property.

United KingdomThe main thing was the lighting in the room, wasn't great as no ceiling lights which made things difficult - bedside lights didn't really make a difference due to their positioning and strength. The towels were slightly on the small size and we are average size. This was both large and small towels - couldn't even use hand towel for hair for example.
Location was great - being a walk away from Times Square so not in the crazy busy area but with lots of nice bars and restaurants close by. Daily top up of drinks (water and soda) in mini fridge

United StatesThe shower head leaked and flooded my makeup bag, hair dryer and towels. There was also a dripping sound all night that came from the pipe in the mirror behind the bathroom. The beds could also be a little plusher but that's personal preference. Also parking was pretty expensive even with the sticker.
The hotel staff was so amazing and accommodating. The hotel had a wonderful smell throughout and the rooms were good. The location was pretty central to a lot of the areas we wanted to explore. The hotel also held our suitcase after we checked out so we could walk around the city for the morning.
