    The problem of unavailability of checking in or out on Sundays and the service desk hours till 7 pm is very odd and it should extend till midnight at least to give the guest more flexibility for the check in and check out and for any service need and assistance manager is required to help and fill in the service handling in case of sudden absence to the main manager .

    I booked this place for a stay and as my family and I were heading to the hotel they call me and say that they are OVERBOOKED due to the OSU game and have to CANCEL my reservation! I asked would I need to do anything about the cancellation & was told NO. This was very inconvenient because I had to now find a new hotel. A week later I was CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE, even though I WAS FORCED TO CANCEL. I’ve tried to get my refund back, I even drove by but the office was closed for some sudden emergency. There were people breaking into windows due to no office person & being locked out of their rooms, the MANAGER RUBEN is very RUDE and REFUSED TO REFUND ME. Worst experience EVER, wouldn’t recommend!

    Common area floors plastered with stains, laundry room dirty & untouched. "Short Staffed" so while paying over $900 for 2 weeks, I had to clean my own room, change my trash, provide my own trash bags, pay to wash initial towels, provide own toilet paper after initial roll. Front desk was suppose to work 11am - 7pm but consistently locked interior & exterior doors at 5pm. Hard to do business if only available when ppl are working. When I knocked on the door, I was greeted with "what do you need". When I told her I needed to verify my account, she said "the doors are unlocked. Don't know why it didn't open". The door was locked. In addition ppl, including myself, were constantly asking them to rescan the key cards. If customer service had been more professional, I would've rated much higher. Having to clean & supply my own toilet paper is manageable. Poor service is not.

    No safety concerns. No excessive noise issues. No issues with plumbing or hvac. Night maintenance man was very accommodating & helpful. The bed was very comfortable!
