We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BrazilThey didn't have an easy to access complimentary wifi (room number + last name should be enough). I believe it to be an important part of comfort in modern life and a 5S hotel should make it easier than a multiple steps registration. The brunch was not available at 11:20 in the Saturday we stayed in so we had to go out. After buying a few beers we found no bottle opener in the room and after requesting it we were informed we couldn't keep it in the room, making impossible for us to open bottles on demand.
Room was clean, confortable and modern. The bar and breakfast were very good and we had great drinks and food here. Staff was helpful and friendly all the time.

United StatesWe had breakfast twice while we stayed there, however if felt like the cost of the food was way overpriced and certain costs were not disclosed. For example, we had the buffet on the second day, because the first day we ate breakfast, we did ala carte and found the value of just getting the buffet. Unfortunately, we assumed everything was included in the buffet including pancakes and waffles, but when we received the bill, we saw that in addition to paying $35 for the buffet, they added an additional $18 each for pancakes, and waffles. It was not included in the buffet, but no one ever mentioned this to us. We saw the menu but didn’t see anything that mentions this. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful.
Very prompt in response to us requesting a refrigerator and extra towel and washcloth.

PeruThe breakfast is way too overpriced. The buffett is ok, but it is not worth $45. Also, we booked the room for 3 persons including breakfasts (the booking confirmation said all the meals were included) and once we were there they told us the third person is not included on that rate, so beware about this. Most of the staff were nice and helpful but there were a couple of persons who were really rude. The shower door didn´t work and couldn´t be closed, sometimes there wasn´t hot water in the shower, only warm.

United StatesHotel needs a facelift as it is showing it’s signs of age and wear and tear. Valet fee was exorbitant and there were many things that were a lost opportunity for this hotel as far amenities are concerned.

United StatesThe rooms are SOOOOO dated!! Ours was decked out in the ugliest yellow imaginable. The bathroom was old looking. Light switches from the 90s. The rates charged should more than compensate for a full makeover of this bland hotel. Also, get new toasters that work for your breakfast buffet table. Waited 10 minutes for my bread to toast. I wasn’t alone in this observation.
The location is excellent. Wellesley our server during breakfast.
