only complaint was shower needed to be regrouted but was not bad. Just not perfect like everything else

The value for the experience was exceptional. Service was excellent. On site restaurants are fantastic. It was peaceful compared to downtown. I would recommend to anyone and will come back again.

Paid extra for a view. The palm trees blocked most of it. Only saw moored boats in the marina- no open water 😉. Poor quality beach towels & not enough of them. One day we tried 3x and never got them. Room towels were fine, but very rough; always a shortage of wash cloths. The location is much further away from downtown Key West than we understood which is why the complimentary shuttle was attractive. We only road it once. It was always full even when we went early & times were limited. So we spent extra money to drive & park…not ideal! You’re SOL if you don’t have transportation 😬

Very comfy beds & sheets. Excellent cleaning staff! Delicious breakfast at Matt’s & nice dinner at Mexican restaurant. Catrina & John at front desk were welcoming & helpful! The pools were sparkling & very nice.

Driving to the property the neighborhood seemed a little dicey, which concerned us.

Such a beautiful design and setting on the marina! We especially liked how you could walk around the marina and go to a few different restaurants without having to leave the property. We saw a manatee and its calf the first day there!

$27 dollars per day for parking (excessive). Drinks double the price of the UK. Not much around the hotel other than the marina.

The location was a little bit out there and in kind of an odd area from the front. But the marina out the back was like a totally different world.

We were informed of hotel fee of $50 and parking fee of $28 during checking out, which made the accomodation significantly more expensive. They should have these fees explicitly listed during booking. I do not like surprises.

The hotel facility is very nice. The surrounding is very quiet and beautiful. The room is quite spcaious and clean. Our family enjoyed hte stay.

Room overlooking mangroves spacius and quiet. Great sunset for February. Pools were clean and well staffed. Shuttle into town was easy and enjoyable. Availbility to bikes, and transportation really great option since Key West is a bit too far to walk. Coffee service in the lobby was a great treat

The view of the tanks in the distance, and occasionally the loud music.

We liked the modern vibe of this hotel. It was very clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. We loved sitting out on the balcony and watch the comings and goings of the boats at the Marina. They had live music on some afternoon/evenings, which can be quite loud. Food options looked nice, although we did not use them - we opted to go into Key West to have dinner. The only negative is that your view will include the industrial tanks in the not so far distance if you have a room looking out onto the pool.

It was a bit pricy but we also came during a holiday weekend so suppose that would be expected. It was far from town but honestly we preferred to be away from the party culture…it’s just when we wanted to do touristy things it was slightly less convenient. Minor issues though.

Beautiful property on a beautiful marina. We loved that it was dog friendly too. All staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. We love the little store on the property and the jewelry pop up. Pool area was so nice and relaxing. Room was clean, updated and comfortable.

Love the Perry, love the setting, love the marina sunrise view, love the chill and friendly vibe. I cant think of anywhere else I would like to stay while in Key West. The marina is great to explore, and there is a walking track a few steps up the road. There are great local restaurants close by, and it is a relaxed place to be.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We brought our two dogs with us since they are dog friendly, and they didn’t have a weight limit for dogs like other hotels nearby. They had a dog park, bar, restaurant, pool, fire pit, shuttle bus, golf carts to rent on site, and of course a concierge to help you sign up for excursions. There were also two other restaurants next door which were walking distance. The marina view was beautiful, and everyone was very friendly! We would definitely stay here again and recommend them to anyone visiting Key West.

our room was clean and the view of the marina was perfect. the pool was great, as was the pool bar. the service was kind and fast. the pool itself was warmed and clean. my wife and I spent a few hours a day lounging.
