Marlen's home is perfectly located between Austin and San Antonio in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. Her house is immaculate and even though other guests had dogs in the home, the rooms are all incredibly spotless and cozy. She made everything clear upon arrival and it was the best homestay. (I was a 12 year airBnB frequent user)

It was a very welcoming, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The room and bathroom were extremely clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Our Host, Marlen was absolutely fabulous. We will definitely be coming back!

Multiple people can book here to stay. This wasn’t a problem for us though. It may actually be a plus if you’re traveling in groups or for multi family on a trip.

The property was very beautiful. In the mornings we often saw deers near the home. The weather was very nice. It was mostly cloudy during our stay, but I didn’t mind that especially for the outdoor activities we had planned. Marlen, the host, was very kind and welcoming.

Stayed here for the total eclipse. A private home, in a quiet residential area. Very comfortable double bed, with private bathroom, with all the items you’d expect. Clean throughout. Host is very friendly and welcoming - gives you space when you need it, but happy to engage lovely conversation if you feel so inclined. Little treats / snacks / bottles of water left in the room on arrival. Breakfast is good, comprising of a variety of different foods that you would expect. Was able to stay a couple of hours longer whilst waiting to go to the airport to catch a flight. Would stay again.

Lovely home inside and out and she created an excellent environment. We saw at least 4 deer everyday either on or near the property. The home was exceptionally clean. The hostess was very, very nice, welcoming and responsive to any questions before and during our stay. The property is in a very convenient and safe location.

There is not much to say except that the accommodation is a dream. The hosts are friendly, accommodating and have many tips for the area. Here you feel like at home. Our stay was wonderful, we would have liked to stay longer. We were allowed to prepare breakfast ourselves with available products such as eggs, bacon, cereals, milk, fruits and much more. We were also allowed to use the kitchen and refrigerator for our own things. When you are here, you do not have to think, this accommodation is simply perfect!
