The facility and my room was very "shopworn". Old dingy washer/dryer in the main hallway. floors and carpets look dirty, my bathroom had dirty floor grout, needs updating. Air conditioning unit buttons were worn off. Room carpet soiled, needs changing. Hotel needs to be refreshed.

Front desk manager was very nice and helpful. Good parking space. Comfortable Bed.

The hotel is really run down. The bathroom is not Very clean. Mold spots on the wall inside the shower and part of the wall above the shower is missing. The inside of the toilet is pretty nasty too. Needs some bleach and a scrub brush. We just need to sleep for the night so we can continue home on our road trip. Definitely, nothing to write home about and I probably won't stay here again.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The bed is soft.

Everything was extremely “old” and dated. It wasn’t the most cleanest place. The staff had personalities of a door mat. The shower head sprayed in every direction except at me. The bathroom itself was not the cleanest. I have never seen such dingy/dirty carpeting in the common areas and hallways as I did at this place.

The air conditioner in the room was superb! That is really the only “good” thing about my stay here, unfortunately.

The whole place is a little bit run down, could do with complete renovation. Not sure how they can advertise a 'Superstart breakfast', it was anything but, a paper cup of lukewarm coffee, a sugary muffin and a syrupy 'fruit salad', just what the doctor ordered....for type 2 diabetes, that is!

Situated on route 66 close to I40, so good transport links. Supermarket and food outlets in the vicinity, so no probs getting a bite to eat. Price was ok.

There was an issue with the Cable TV because not all the stations that appeared in the guide were available for viewing. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. coffee, a tiny carton of juice, a small cup of fruit salad, and a very small muffin, fresh from the refrigerator. No breakfast cereals as I had expected. There were no toiletries in the bathroom.

The beds were very good. The check-in was fast. The reception manager was helpful and obliging.

Breakfast was a muffin basket and juice boxes. Coffee was hot and full..but kinda tasted weird. Two ladies on cleaning staff made a comment about my son screaming, didn't ask if he was okay...just asked if my son was the one screaming. A bit rude. Maybe say nothing if you aren't going to be helpful or kind. It's rough traveling with a one year old...especially when teething. A little compassion can go a lot further with people like me. Overall. Good choice. Would stay here again and give it another go now that I know what to expect.:)

Kind about late checkout.. my son was having a rough morning with his teeth coming in and he finally fell asleep around checkout..so we were running past the time. I was very stresed about that...but the owner must have understood..which i appreciated. Room was clean. Everything worked.

Only 1 washer and dryer with a packed house. No way to get change even if I was able to use them. The bathroom was dirty and the beds were as comfortable as thefloor

The bed was horrible. The bathroom was gross. The room had an old smell and the sheets were stained. I was expecting there to be room service for the second day which I did not get so that was a little disappointing too

The carpets were filthy dirty. The whole place needs a deep cleaning. The night staff was not happy. The back door was locked and it was very in convenient to get my things from and to my vehicle. The breakfast was meager at best.

The bathtub was wonderful. my body was sore and achy and the tub was spacious and soaking in the tub relieved my pains. Thank you. I lost my debit card and the staff returned it to me. The morning staff was very pleasant.

During my two most recent stays the cable wasn't initially working on the TVs in both rooms. Both times the staff had to come into the rooms and reestablish the TV cable connection via a remote control they had.

The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Shabby - burn marks in carpet, bald spots on fuzzy blankets, that sort of thing, but priced accordingly. Breakfast had no protein options, not even standards like yogurt or peanutbutter packets.

Comfortable beds. Excellent housekeeping service and helpful front desk staff. Everything in working order.
