No maid service and just sack breakfast room very small

We stayed three days no maid service trash pile up beds never cleaned no fresh towels soap ect breakfast was muffins small milk yogurt room. Very small was not happy stay

Better bed, hard as ROCK!!!!!!!! No comfort whatsoever. Cheapest towels crappy worn with stains in them . No coffee pot in the rm . I will never ever stay there again.

Nothing of note.

The motel is central and has easy parking. There are nearby diners but a car is essential. A basic but adequate breakfast is available. Rooms clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Route 66 is nearby including the Route 66 museum. Downtown Kingman has some nice shops. There is a model railway in the railway station - check opening hours.

The room was ok but the noise was crazy!! The bed was like sleeping on the floor. There was a pay washing machine in the hallway for guests and it was used all night! Could not sleep . Security was also an issue, the back door would not close. At breakfast we were told the milk has all gone and it was only 6:30 am. I've used Booking.com for years and have never been this unhappy about the room I booked this time. I will never stay at a Supper 8 facility again.

the place was dirty. we had to use the power socket behind the bed and found old used earbuds! disgusting! we did not eat breakfast and left as early as we could. we were driving through and did not want to pay too much, but at least expected a clean room. I will not stay there again and definitely will not recommend this property.

Dirty, room smelt of smoke, holes in blankets,staff didn't listern to our complaint, did not care,we had no choice but to stay there because of tiredness. Was given a email address to complain to the next morning which took 2 days to get a response. They did not take responsibility. Breakfast is in a hallway next to the lift, we didn't eat there as it was so dirty. Got more photos of room but can't upload any more.

The desk clerks were rude and dismissive. The night lady behaved as if our presence inconvenienced her. Very short and annoyed. The day clerk was also annoyed at my attempting to ask for coffee, as the self serve pot had been empty. She interrupted my sentence and snapped 'I'll be there in a minute", without looking up from her cell phone. The room smelled of stale cigarettes, had holes in the curtains, and was filthy. Dried boogers on the walls in the bathroom, stains and burn holes in the blankets and sheets. Coffee pot was filled with scum, refrigerator did not refrigerate, and the window lock did not work. We were on the first floor. Regardless of the cost of a room, cleanliness is expected and the bare minimum.
