The room carpet was malodorous. The continental breakfast was extremely continental. Just juice coffee, and muffins.

Room smelled. It was also very dirty. It was painfully obvious it has been years since there has been a mop put on the floor in the bathroom. Literally had layers of dirt and grime covering the baseboards and walls. Floor appeared vacuumed though, so I guess good job there. Holes in the bedding. The air conditioning was rusted out and falling apart being held together with duct tape.

The two staff members I spoke to were polite. They allowed us to check in 30 mins early. That was the only positive of the stay.

Put me right across the way from the ice machine I was clearly tired and needed sleep but the ice machine kept going off also the people at the desk were never there so the Bell kept going off and I was right by the lobby

The room was not clean.. the remote control to the TV was filthy, the light switches were dirty, hair under the pillow, the carpet had stains and the shower not clean. But that wasn’t even the worst part! The older lady checking us in that night was absolutely the rudest person I have encountered in a customer service position. If it wasn’t so late I would have left and gone next door and gave them my business instead! She was horrible throwing the contract on the counter at me to sign yet not saying a word to me or making eye contact. (So I guess you want me to sign this??) She did the same with my ID and room key. It was if I had bothered her by wanting a room for the night. (Isn’t that what you are there for?) Her entire demeanor was unfriendly, rude, and dismissive… by far the worst experience I have had at a hotel hands down! She should not be in customer service at all .. period!

Shabby Furnishings, and the ice machine and laundry facilities were in the hallway just outside my door. It was very noisy all night, especially from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. and starting again at 5 a.m. as people filled their ice chests before leaving .

Convenient to the freeway off ramp and local food .services. Shower was handicappeda accessible.

It was run down and dirty. Our shower was broken, as was the sink faucet. We were charged a $3.00 surcharge for booking with booking.com. This place will take you back to the 80’s, and not in a good way.

Free breakfast was unacceptable. Only offered muffin and fruit cup and no dining room. Grab it at the front desk as you check out. No protein offered. Shouldn't say breakfast is included which was one of the reasons I selected to stay there.

The establishment was filthy and in poor repair. Free breakfast was coffee, a box of raisins, a cup of fruit and a muffin. I will write to Wyndham when I return home next week. I'll include photos then.

I didn't feel that the location was very secure. Homeless wandering around the parking lot, my room was not secure. The window was unlocked and not secure and looked like someone had already tried to brake into it. The shower, the faucet in the bathroom, the T.V. wouldn't work, the bed was uncomfortable and I didnt sleep well at all, the lighting in the room was poor. It was a handycap room and the bathroom faucet needs attention.The whole experience was not good. The next morning i tried to share the info with the lady at the front desk and she to not be interested and said i would need to contact Booking to see about grtting reimbursement. I have pics of the items and I will not be staying at that location again. If Booking.com doesn't reimburse me the cost of the room , I will consider not using them again to book rooms or travel.

I liked that it was on the ground level.Thats the only thing that was good. I would like reimbursement for the cost of the room. I will never stay at that location again.

Pay a little more to stay at supper8 over motel 6 because they serve breakfast but this one does not serve breakfast unless you call a juice box and a muffin breakfast.
