The hotel is more like an Airbnb but BETTER! It was beautiful and spacious, and the rooms were extremely well appointed. The common area on each floor also had wonderful amenities to include a shared refrigerator, a high end espresso coffee machine and ice maker. Plenty of room to spread out and hang out the next time we visit. The property manager, Lola, was also SUPER nice and accommodating especially when there was a mixup with our booking. She immediately fixed the problem and made our stay even that more enjoyable. I will stay here next time I am in MKE.

Valet parking only works until 8 PM, I was looking forward to having my vehicle parked so I can go upstairs after a long day of travel. Not sure if this will help but if Valet parking could stay open until 10 PM, that would be great

Valet was not an option, but I understand being short staffed. Luckily there are multiple options close by for parking overnight.

I would have liked a bit more communication before my stay on the registration and check-in process. I knew check-in was all online from other reviews on Booking.com, but I didn’t know when I’d get the door codes. I emailed them through the website a couple weeks before my stay with no response. And then messaged them through Booking.com, where I got a response a couple days later that if I’d already filled out the registration card which had been texted to me (which I had), that there was nothing else I needed to do and that the codes would be sent to me with my room number the morning of my stay, which was all the info I needed. It would have been helpful in the initial text after booking the hotel to lay out the process for guests so they know the registration card sent to fill out isn’t a scam and when they will receive the door codes and what check-in looks like.

The hotel was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at! The decor was so cute and cozy. Each floor had its own lounge with a full kitchen, living and dining room that had such a nice layout that encouraged guests to actually use it. I loved that the communal fridge had a basket for each room so that there was separation of guests’ things. The location was perfect! Just a 5 minute walk to the Public Market and so many great restaurants and bars. A great brunch spot is also located on the first floor of the hotel, which was perfect for the day of checkout.

The room service didnt happen throughout my stay. I was expecting gym to be more than functional, there is no leg workout machine, pull up bars or smith machine. No cleaning tissue available to clean equipments after use. No paper cups for drinking water.

I liked the cardless entry, the washer and dryer was available on the same floor where my room was, there is functional gym. They had basic massive fridge to store food and oats, vegan milk and cornflakes, coffee machine, tea making, utensils, gas, dishwasher, oven, toaster, grilling machine. It felt like home. For washer and dryer they have high tech new machines and no charge unlike other places i stayed they didnt charge for cleaning and gave washing tide pods also for free. This was amazing.

There were a lot of things that I had to ask questions about. Perhaps more information messages going out. Instructions for door locks and streaming on the tv.

I loved the communal area that you walk right into and that there is coffee and a fridge provided. I was only there for a quick last minute over night stay so just to sleep but loved that there was plenty of space to get work done if needed. The restaurant below is also REALLY good..I had gone to brunch there that morning before knowing I was going to book a room here. It was so chic and modern and felt very private. I also liked the security of having to type a code to get into the building AND to use the elevator to go up to your floor. I felt very safe.

We loved this property! We visited Milwaukee as EU tourists to watch Bucks. The house is close to Intermodal station if you arrive by bus or train. Very clean property. We lived the coziness of the common area in our floor. The room and the bathroom are big enough.

Shower temperature bounced around rather than maintaining temperature. Could have used more lighting in room.

I wasn’t sure if there was a place to get water. I needed a bottle of water and everything is fairly contactless so that would have been helpful. This property tends to run high for MKE, with good reason.

The rooms are SPACIOUS and updated. It feels very private
