Small space. Breakfast was a scam. They only had tea/coffee and corn flakes. Why to keep free breakfast if you can't afford to offer one.

Good location and good price. It was clean and staff were friendly. Parking was a plus as well

there really is no breakfast. We bought food at the 711 across the street. In the eating area, I think there were 2 chairs, a bagel in the open. Maybe cereal in a container. I am not sure there was a drink or fruit. But nothing I wanted to eat. 711 offerings were much better. Parking is tight cause the lot is small, but it really was no problem.

Staff was friendly, helpful. Room was really big. Plenty of space. Enjoyed our time there.

There were no tissues in the tissue box. There was no plug for the bathtub. There were hairs in the tub which were not mine. There was no door mat at all. There were no hangers on the garment rack. My 2nd room had no place whatsoever to hang any clothes.

The location isn’t the best, it’s on the road, which is very trafficked. The surrounding is home to homeless and junkies. The hotel walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. The fridge in the room is loud.

The room has been cleaned every single day and fresh towels have been provided. Even if you don’t book breakfast, there’s always a hot cup of coffee available and some sweets. The bus stop to Berkeley downtown is right in front of the building, and the BART station only a few minutes away.

Toilet ran. View from windows was not fabulous; neighboring buildings were really close. Some scuffs on the walls.

The location was ok. Many restaurants within walking distance. The room was quiet. Clean floors, bed, and bathroom.

Room was very small and there was no public place to sit with co-worker. Room was not nearly as nice as photo, and co-worker's room was worse. Breakfast room was terribly cramped. I suggest one sleeping room be converted to a "lobby" to make the hotel more conducive to business travelers working with UC Berkeley. The University recommended the hotel. I also suggest that people staying for a week be assigned to the nicer rooms.

Staff was helpful; room was very clean; parking was critical for us and not available at other hotels in the area.

Sweep and mop!

The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are comfortable and in good working order, but the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. There are no carpets, and the faux hardwood floor was very dirty.

Bathing had mold in corner of shower, sink would not drain well. Not the cleanest bathroom.

Friendly staff, convenient location- close to UC Berkeley. Shaded parking. Nice to have ironing boards, hangers, small but cozy room.

Office was often unmanned, so staff not available at times. Air conditioner was close to the bed. For me, a little uncomfortable with air blowing right on me. But, that’s how the room is set up, so don’t see how they could change it.

Nice location. Clean room. Easy access to the University, shops and restaurants. Close to an area of the city that I had family members.

Parking is tight and small

We booked this for a last minute trip to a MUN conference. If served the purpose well, as we were only there to sleep. Parking is a bit stressful as the lot is very small!

Got a bottom floor room with paper thin walls. The water pipes make lots of noise when the upstairs guest use the bathroom. Also could hear Everything the other guests were doing all night long, bring your earplugs. No coffee service but 7/11 is across the street.

Covered parking, pretty friendly, great price and great location with access to bus lines that go straight up to UC Berkeley, BART or the Marina
