The place was filthy, the front desk clerk was rude, it honestly looked like it was under construction. Sad part is, I didn't know if they were in the process of fixing it up or tearing it down. Walls were dirty and cracked. Stains everywhere. Holes in the walls, bedspreads and headboards. TV didn't work until they fixed it. Was the worst stay in years and I travel a lot. No hot tub either, and that was advertised.

The first room was dirty and bedsheets were stained. There was also no toilet paper. When we asked the cleaning staff to change the sheets for one of the beds they just gave us the sheets.

We stayed here in the last years 3 or 4 times but what we realized is that the Motel went worse. This last stay was very bad - room was worn down, no hangers available, taped courtains and a not really working hot/cold regulation in the shower .... To sum it up - a bad choice for the price - not ok for 100 US and up !!!!!!

Room cold and super dirty, horrible smell, one of the rooms the door didn't lock. I made an advance reservation through booking and paid 250+ for two rooms with two beds (I was traveling with 5 people), when I arrived the employee informed me that the reservations were canceled and that he would charge me 150 for two people. I don't recommend it and I don't think this place should even work. It is 25 minutes from the center of NY but Uber there is expensive so if your goal is to enjoy NY, rent something there and use the subways and buses. Don't waste your time or money, terrible place and should be closed.

it was dirty, sheets were stained, there was residue all over the walls, bed had crumbs and hair, bath towels had hair in them, there was hair all over the bathtub, dirty toilet paper surrounding the toilets, I could go on. I couldn’t stay here. luckily the man at the front desk gave me a refund so I could go somewhere else.

The guy at the front desk processed my refund immediately.

Someone DIED in the hotel our 2nd night! Staff tried to play it off like it was NO BIG DEAL! They have stickers on the window at the check-in desk for NARCAN nasal spray (that is for drug overdose!) The door didn’t even close properly there was a gap in the frame you could see outside in the gap! When I addressed the filthy room, floor wasn’t vaccumed, huge rips in blankets, rusty tub, broken furniture, unlevel very dirty fridge, they just changed the subject. I asked several times upon check-in about the safety of the neighborhood they said it was good. I beg to differ, there is a strip club 2 doors down! DONT stay here, don’t stay here alone, OR with kids!! Run fast and far away!

I didn’t like the dirt, there was still good particulars Stuck to the walls, “BOBBY” written in dirt smears on the wall, marked up dressers and nightstands that fall apart, microwave didn’t work, remote you had to fight with and push buttons hard just to change to one channel. Beds were filthy, covered in long and pubic hairs that were not our own. We had to literally pick them out off the top covers and in between the pillowcases just to be able to put out sweatshirts overtop the bedding and pillows to be able to lay on the beds. Then we had no covers and were cold all night, because OF COURSE the air/heat didn’t work properly. The face of the heater fell off onto the floor and it was full of dust and dirt nobody should probably be breathing in. Once the heater was turned on it would only blow for so long then stop. This was literally the worst stay ever and they charged $100 a night! That’s mind blowing. I am so disappointed. My door wouldn’t shut, my son could push it right open! I have videos. We had to put a chair up against it to feel safe because you could see sunlight through the door all along it and a simple push gained anyone entry without a key card. If not that, the huge crack along side the door in the window would have been easy to break as well. Also there was a window above the door and it wouldn’t stay shut, it was duct taped shut and it blew open after you taped it shut. This was a HORRIBLE STAY. After the sleep I was itchy like something was biting me in my sleep. Pictures included! If I could upload the video of my son gaining entry as easy as pie I would also but it doesn’t allow me to add videos.

Wow, I hate complaining but this was the worst stay ever. Door wouldn’t stay shut, I felt safer sleeping in my truck and would have if not for my kids. The room was filthy, hair and stains all over the bedding. We had to sleep on top of it. Gross and disgusting and I can’t believe booking even associates with this place. Absolutely gross and I have TONS of pictures. Couldn’t even cook popcorn because the microwave didn’t spin and cook right and the tv barely worked because it took you 10 mins just to change the channel and you had to press the button very hard on the remote with no backing. They only gave us 2 small towels in the room for a party of 4, and I COULD NOT WAIT to get out of there. Had I not used an affirm loan and had my money tied up and in a foreign place to me for the night I would have demanded a refund then, but I had no where else to go for the night. We left promptly after waking up, and I wouldn’t Recommend this hotel to ANYONE.

It was extremely dirty, there was blood splatter around the room, a black foot print on the wall, the shower was broken, the bedsheets were stained, the bed head was broken and had a dirty pillow behind it, stains and dirt on the floor and streaks of i dont know what on the walls. The area was bad and we heard gunshots during the night, the staff was rude and not accommodating at all.

The place is absolutely disgusting. I only managed to be in the room for 30 minutes. The door didn’t fully lock. When you walked into the room, it smells musty and moldy. There was mold on the things in the room. I had to leave because I was becoming nauseous. Do NOT stay here at all. Save your money.

oh so much to list! First of all our AC DID NOT WORK! Blew out warm air! We had 2 people come look at it told us it was fine! No it’s not fine when it’s cooler outside than it is in the room! Next, burn holes all over the bed cover on my daughters bed! plug outlets did not work near the bathroom so couldn’t use a hair dryer or anything! Found 2 live big bugs in the sink! TV had no remote!
