Accommodated my needs at 3am after having a terrible run-in with another property. Was able to allow early check-in to accommodate my troubles. Would recommend again!! Clean, aesthetically appealing, nice rooftop views, and local.

The airport shuttle to go back to the airport, I was the only passenger so instead of leaving as scheduled at 0730am, the driver decided to park up and waste my time. Had to go speak to reception staff who had to speak to the driver to leave. We did not leave until 0740am. When people have flights to catch, such foolishness is not appreciated. Stick to the schedule! He had an unprofessional attitude also. But he’s the only one. All the other staff were great.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s an airport shuttle and instructions on where to find it are easy. Waited approx 20 minutes for one.

The front desk service at the hotel was good, but the room facilities really didn’t match the price. It’s probably because of the location—it’s closer to the airport, and hotels in this area are all quite expensive.

Although there was lots to like about the bedroom some of the appliances/electric sockets were rather poorly fitted; reasonable quality but looked like they had been fitted without too much care. The ceiling of the bedroom was undecorated and still in the raw concrete form with the builders marks on the ceiling. We got the impression the hotel was being relaunched. It all felt a little unfinished but I don't know what other bedrooms were like. Outside was a bit industrial as you might expect of an airport hotel but most people were only there one night. We were delayed due to a fire at London Heathrow airport and spent a bit more time there than most. Booked through Booking.com which turned out to be an expensive option compared to other sites but we only found that out later.

The Breakfasts at the hotel were very good and excellent value for money. The staff at the hotel were very professional, accommodating and extremely helpful particularly when we were checking out. They gave us access to our bedroom beyond the usual check out time as we weren't flying out until 8 pm. There was a restaurant on the premises which we used on both nights we were there. The food was good. There was a bar which we used one evening and had a pleasant time chatting with some other guests. The hotel reception area was always well staffed and kept scrupulously clean by housekeeping staff. Ruby on reception was particularly helpful and a young man, whose name I didn't get, was most accommodating when we arrived early to check in.

Nice, spacious room with very comfortable beds an a spotless clean bathroom. During check in we were told that the elevator didn't work so we got a room at the 2 floor (i'm on crutches so much appreciated). Within a short time they fixed it. All in all a good choice for our last night before heading to the airport

The shower glass wall is too narrow, so when you are showering, the water spills onto the floor. The bathroom floor is a funny material. It turns the bottom of your foot black. Our room only had one chair. It is metal and wood and very uncomfortable. Please put 2 comfortable chairs in the rooms. At this time, there are no vegan, vegetarian options in the restaurant. An extra blanket in the room would be a bonus.

I loved the decor. It has a modern industrial vibe. I loved the murals on each floor and in the room. The staff were all friendly and hard working. The hotel was clean.

I stayed for a night 1st time(Room 411). Because of last minute change of plans I returned to the property for additional 2 nights (Room 514). On my 2nd stay, the bathroom was not properly clean. I encountered multiple hairs and floor tower ended up dirty after I used it to clean the floor.

In the morning there was a fire alarm. It seemed to be a false alarm, I was in the shower so decided to take my time to evacuate, then the alarm stopped.

The location was convenient close to the airport. I arrived 9.3o in the evening and could get a nice bite to eat. Room was very comfortable.
