Views from our apartment. Overlooked by offices, no view onto the street. Noise from workmen below. Water leak from apartment above dripping into our apartment. Luckily went into our laundry room.

Location: literally only several blocks from the White House & Federal Triangle. Apartments: modern, clean & spacious Bar & Reception: friendly helpful staff at both. Great little relaxing bar & lounge area.

The beds were very firm, but the staff brought us mattress toppers which made a big difference.

Perfect location, we each had our own space and were able to enjoy take out dinner in the comfort of our kitchen.

Hot water in the shower got cold. No dish soap or towel in the kitchen or basic salt and pepper. There were no towels in the half bathroom. The washing machine was terrifying but worked.

Shower on occasion would turn cold after a couple of minutes - happened three times during the stay (10 days).

Staff were exceptionally friendly, rooms were spacious and clean. Lots of room in the 2 bed apartment, plus having a washing machine and tumble dryer was a real luxury having travelled internationally. This was my second time staying at this AKA White House property - once with a friend, and most recently with family. Location is only two streets from the White House so incredibly central to all museums/attractions. Hope to be back sometime in the future!

Can’t really complain because when I needed something the manager Sergio made sure we had what we needed.

They had everything I needed for my bday weekend plans changed because of the rain. It was nice having a bar and private theater in the hotel.

The bar was only open a few nights a week, so after you returned from a long day sightseeing, you couldn’t necessarily relax down there with a vino if you felt like it. Not a disaster but would’ve been nice. Staff were a bit hit and miss. Some friendlier than others, we felt a bit like a nuisance on an occasion or two.

Fabulous apartment! Quiet (even though it fronted the main st), massive size, comfortable beds, lots of wardrobe space, loved the clothes washing facilities - being away for a month this was so appreciated. The location is good, within walking distance from the Whitehouse and many monuments etc.

Liked everything really but maybe the bathroom was a little tired and could be updated particularly the shower and one morning we didn’t have hot water.

Everything was great but bathroom could do with a bit of a revamp in particular the shower grout!

The location is amazing it is 5 min walk to White House and the national mall. Walking distance to all the main attractions. 5 min walk from metro which was great as silver line services the dulles airport and Tyson corner shopping center. Apartments is spacious and they offer water, coffee and tea every day.
