The room had a very weird 1980’s bath tub with a columns right next to bed with old painting. I know there was a time this was maybe a great feature but it seemed very outdated and didn’t make the room feel nice.

After first night I never put the do not disturb but someone did so I got no housekeeping the first morning

Odd machine sound popped on at 6:30 am - lasted about an hour. I recorded sound to share with staff; front desk indicated that it has been problem before in this room (202) and they are trying to track down reason. Might be venting for kitchen? Fortunately I was able to go back to sleep.

We had a wonderful king suite on 2nd floor with great amenities and room lay out. The entry/living room had a TV (separate from TV across from bed), so baseball game in one space and nap in the bedroom worked out for us! Beautiful bathroom. We have eaten dinner at restaurant before (quite good) and enjoyed the breakfast for first time. We like the proximity to 46W for quick access to wineries. Will definitely stay here again.

I ordered room service and used the coffee creamer and it was spiked and coagulated. I couldn’t drink my coffee after that :/

The Deluxe King Wshirlpool suite wasn't much different than any other hotel room except for having a hot tub. Air conditioning to the room was not working well and a window air conditioner had been added in its place, kind of noisy at night. Way overpriced.

Very corteous staff. The place was very clean. Onsite parking available. Other amenities available. The restaurant food (room service) was very good.

The bathroom didn't feel very clean, there was thick soap scum buildup on the underside of the shower handle and the horizontal surfaces didn't look very clean in our room 307. For the look of the hotel style, I expected richer lathering soaps and shampoos, just felt waxy and thin. We were disappointed that the jacuzzi was not working and that the restaurant was hard to get a reservation for dinner, so we never got to eat there since we only stayed one night.

The beds were amazingly super comfortable and the suite layout was good. The staff was nice, we were able to check in an hour earlier.

The staff were fantastic and thanks for letting my wife practice on your piano. Quality of the room was good, super clean, spacious, and finished to a high standard. The restaurant was to a much higher standard than most US hotels.

comfortable beds, large over size tub, but was difficult to get in and out of. love the fireplace to take the chill out of the air quickly and added to the ambience.

We asked for a room with a roll-in shower. Despite being ADA compliant the bathroom only had a shower in the tub. My wife is in a wheelchair so could not take a shower
