Access was confusing, even with detailed ( but not accurate) instructions. Living room furniture was really uncomfortable. But compared w motel… we HAD a living room and full kitchen. Some light switches were confusing. K

The toilet bowl makes a very loud noise upon flushing. The apartment is also a little far from elsewhere...

The house is somewhat neglected, it could use a little work. Some lights in the bathroom don’t work, for example. The carpet is stained in various places. Also, there isn’t a great soundproofing and even if it’s a residential neighborhood it can be quite noisy.

First of all, Carl - the owner - is very kind, helpful and responsive. When we’d arrived the flat wasn’t so clean, but as soon as I told him Carl kindly managed it: a cleaner came the following morning and got it properly cleaned. The apartment is quite big, we were a group of 3 couples and we felt very comfortable. Also, it’s close to the metro station (C line): you can reach it by walking for 3 min.

The TV did not work in no rooms. Some crossed with the wires. If you turn on TV in one room, another TV in the other rooms comes on.unable to change channels, no volumes. Location of property was not to my liking was poor. The cost of the stay was too much for the location

What I didn't like was the facility was not clean or up to par with the review or cleanliness rating on this app. I was deceived. Upon arrival, I would have moved someplace else, but this was the only place that could accommodate at the time. Very poorly lit as to try to hide all the dirt and grime. Some of the lights didn't work. The primary bedroom had bugs smashed on the ceiling, spider webs in the corners and closet, spider stuck on the ceiling. The heating elements were filthy. The sink was extremely slow draining. The list could go on however, the final straw was that we were accosted by a man who was not supposed to be on the premises but was staying with staff in the building. The rest of the property was just dirty and looked thrown together.

The only thing good about this place was it's convenience. It should be removed until the property owner can completely renovate.

The bedroom wall is a drywall wall with little to no sound barrier to the room on the other side. We were woken by a VERY LOUD TV at 1:45am which then continued on for hours.

Very nice host, great location (3 minutes from subway, grocery stores). The apartment is clean, well-equipped. Plates, cutlery, oven, microwave, large fridge - everything for use during your stay :) large bed, separate bedroom, fold-out sofa and two huge TVs :) I highly, highly recommend it!
