The staff was either evasive or dishonest….i paid for “breakfast included “ and at check in was told it was not….also at check in, immediately given a parking pass but not informed that there was a fee, even though I asked if it was free Later in the evening, when I said that I checked and said I looked at my booking and breakfast was included, same FD staff said they could not tell me any info about that and that I should ask in the morning. So…..in the morning, was told that I would get a “breakfast allowance of $10” which is less than the cost of anything on the menu.

Kind of sad that I didn’t have a tub in the room. Wasn’t aware we were getting a handicap accessible room, otherwise the room was very clean and cozy.

The water pressure was not good, it took like five min. Before any got water came throw them out was very little I was charged for two rooms or at less i had two rooms booked under my name you could not charge a phone unless you had an plug in for an outlet let's bring this place up to date yes it was my fault i did not bring a plug but really come on

The hotel couldn’t accept my credit card even though my card company confirmed it was valid, parking was not free and one of the cushioned chairs in the room had a covering that was completely peeling.

We initially were put into a dirty room (suite) but the front desk folks corrected the problem immediately upon learning of the mistake.

Loved the location and we liked having the bar and bistro downstairs. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were just there for the night so didn’t have a chance to use the sauna or pool. Maybe next time !

We found an old key card and old plastic silverware in our room. Would have liked a little more attention to detail in room cleanliness. Also, there was loud bass coming from the bars.

I booked a suite, that stated it was a split room with a rollout bed. I booked that, paying an additional fee to a double bed, so my kids could sleep while I worked. However the room was not as described. It was one room with one bed and a tiny couch! My son slept terribly on the couch and no extra sleeping for the kids! I paid extra and had yo deal with unnecessary inconveniences, we would have been better off saying less and getting a double bed! I also paid extra for breakfast, that was not provided either! A total waste of $315!!!!

The beds were not comfortable at all. The night staff yelled at my kid. The Cafe overcharges. The lady at the Cafe had no clue what she was doing. The room was smaller then expected. I will never stay at this location again. It's not worth the money.

I didn't like anything in this place. First, the city was really bad and made me feel unsafe. Secondly, everything smelled awful, filled with chemicals and germs. There was clear water damage on the roof and walls, and the bathroom was so small! Lastly, when I took a shower and used the towels they gave, there was such a strong but bad smell on my body since they use the same towels and the same cleaning solution which smells awful and made me want to vomit almost all the time! I couldn't even sleep peacefully because each time I moved, the smell would escape from the bed sheets. I eagerly looked outside for the river view they mentioned but that was just a small bit of water I could hardly make out. We went here because of the brand of Marriott, and everything was awful. We stayed at many hotels for vacation, and ALL OF THEM was far better than Marriott. The next hotel wasn't well known at all, but everything was perfect, and it was 56 dollars cheaper. The next one was made fully out of wood, with a much smaller area then Marriott, and filled with bugs, but even this felt homey. Now, were in a place that looks broken from the outside and this is the best one yet! Marriott really disappointed me, and I will not be coming here again.
