The only recommendation I would give is to provide another towel for the bathroom as the shower recess wasn’t great.

Stayed here for 4 nights. We had a comfy room overlooking the pool. The room was clean and quiet. Had the best nights sleep during our US here. The location is good, not far away from local shops and cafés, however to get into downtown I would recommend to drive or use an UBER.

The staff was great, when I pulled up to the property I was disappointed by how dirty the outside looked. the room was clean but dated. it has a nice pool are but it needs to be cleaned up. it was a one night stay so we just dealt with it.

Housekeeping! There was a gigantic spider web in the corner of the bathroom window. There was an unused comdom left laying on top of the phone. Also, there was no bottom sheet. There was a mattress protector only and I have to wonder if those get changed each time.

The staff were all very nice. The room was comfortable. I was able to ask for a room on the ground level and it had a nice patio area overlooking the pool.

The room didn't had a fridge or microwave. Especially families with children need them in the room.Even I request a mini fridge and they said they will bring it, the never did. I had to throw away the food from the restaurant.

Room was nice, clean, modern. Like the sink inside the bathroom & one outside of bathroom. Liked the balcony looking out towards the pool and trees and mountains - but wish the balcony itself was brighter, more inviting. Staff was very nice.

Better shower pressure. The price $200 for a queen room I felt it's a little bit over the benefit delivered. Most of facilities are old and the staff was only fair.

It's ok, the room had a exit to the pool with chair to talk and stay. Good tea, good bath services.

It’s a bit loud in the mornings; we were able to hear some chatter from other rooms and outside. Nothing too terrible, but could be a disturbance for others.

Pleasant stay and staff were wonderful. Rooms were simple, but comfortable. Quiet at nighttime.

I was put in an upstairs room at first and they are pretty old so I asked for a better room, I wouldn’t want to have stayed there.

I liked being by the pool on the first floor and the room was comfortable. I had dinner and drinks with friends at the restaurant and that was very nice too!

the location is quite far from the main attractions of Santa Barbara. while the hotel itself looked quite nice (lemon styled decor etc) the rooms were quite outdated. quite expensive for what it is.

TV was small (old eyes have a hard time seeing the smaller screen since we're used to large screens now!) Not a deal breaker by any means.

Loved the landscaping...all the lemon trees were delightful. Room was really comfortable. Bed was exceptionally comfy. Could have used another pillow or two, but we didn't ask so it's not a criticism. Nooks and crannies of room were a little dirty, but overall, clean, updated, and decent room for 2 adults. Assigned room upon arrival had a bed that was significantly higher at the foot than the head - we went and asked for a change and were given a slight upgrade. The courtyard/pool area was really lovely, and had it been warmer, would have been nice to relax in had we had more time.

The bathroom toilet was too low and the lid was dated as it slammed shut. The seat was chipped and one of the underneath cushion pads was missing. The toilet should be replaced.

exceptional staff (efficient and polite) - incredible value - great S.B. location (midway between the beach and upper State Street - quiet - comfortable We needed a room for a quick overnight stay. This hotel is the greatest value in S.B. It was more than we anticipated. The room was large with ample furnishings. I liked the two bathroom sinks, one in the bathroom and one outside the bathroom door across from the closet. Even the restaurant was an unexpected treat when we picked up dessert to take to our room. We will definitely stay there in the future.
