If I stayed here again, I’d ask to be on the highest floor. I could hear the people (kids) above us running around. This was fine during the day but not at midnight/ 1am when they were prob returning from a park or somewhere. Also, the shuttle times are not convenient so I would not choose this place based on free shuttle service. The Shuttle would also not accept our stroller as it can only be umbrella stroller. So we mostly used Uber or Lyft which was great in the end.

Clean and quiet. Pool was lovely. The large pool was very warm. Our 4br suite was amazing and huge and slept 8 of us very comfortably. Convenience store and restaurant located across the street.

Everything. The property was beautifully presented and we were very impressed with the cleanliness regime implemented every day. The condo was immaculate and fully furnished with kitchen and laundry and the swimming pool was great.

I liked everything, but transport to and from the airport would be fantastic, as well as more options for travelling to and from the parks.

I did not like to stay on the grand floor, but I did not ask to change it. Next time at booking I am going to specify my preference

The room are very good. Perfect for group of friends, very clean and very well equipped. All rooms are very good and 2 out of 3 bathrooms have the shower. Parking space in front on the room, svery nice central building with a beautiful pool

More seating such as a sectiona, another couch. Everything else was perfect.

This place was really nice. We hated to leave. We had a spacious 4 bedroom unit and loved every inch of it. Not as modern, and could use another sofa or a sectional in the 4 bedroom since it accommodates more people. We loved the movie theatre room and the heated pool..Not far from Disney at all. It was quiet and you didn't hear a lot of kids screaming or noise period. I would recommend to anyone and this will be our choice of stay when we return. You strive for 5, you deserve a 10!

the guy at the front desk wasn’t very friendly, when giving me the rules it sounded as if I was going to get in trouble for something and I second glued if I wanted to stay.

I did find hair in the shower, the sink, the toilet room and on the floor. I didn't use that as a strike against you. But it is not the best look

Key card stopped working on last day before checkout which was a little inconvenient for loading luggage into the car.

Exceeded expectations. Description and pictures of the room/facilities matched what we experienced. Accommodation included fully equipped kitchen with even some coffee/filters provided for the coffee maker and washing up liquid for sink. Also own laundry room with a little detergent.

The couch. That is our only complaint. Could of been more comfortable.

The staff were courteous and friendly. Facilities were nice and clean. Privacy maintained through out if you had any issues. The room was prefect.

We love the Berkley and stay here often. The location is great for our Disney visits and we also love the two master suites in the 3-4 bedroom floor plans. The living room area is plenty large enough for our family to enjoy movie time and we can login to our streaming accounts which is a huge bonus!

This property is amazingly kept in pristine shape. The apartment we rented was spacious, comfortable and well kept. The property offers various amenities; bingo, a theater, game room with pool table and ping pong. This is my second stay in this property and I highly recommend it.
